I'm 19. I have been offered the oppurtunity to be "friends with benefits" with a 15 year old. Is she willing? Oh yeah. Am I? I dunno.... Legally, age of consent is 14 so I don't have to worry about getting sent to the clink for it, but morally and socially is another issue. Although I've known many guys who've messed around with younger girls, the issue is normally kept "between the guys". The second word gets out, everybody pretends not to know the guy. I really don't want that to happen to me. I'm fence-sitting currently, leaning towards not doing it at all because the negatives really outweight the positives in this case. The positives are that I get laid, the negatives are that her parents find out and do something, my parents find out and kill me, my friends find out etc. To the guys: Would you do it? To the girls: Would you look down on a guy if he fooled around with somebody younger then him? Thanks for your time, LOTC

As is, in your case, I wouldn't do it. It's just my opinion that girls under the age of 18 shouldn't have sex. If I were a guy, I wouldn't do it. So there you go.

You won't lose social standing for *not* banging the girl...if anything, it could make you seem rather moral. So the cons outweigh the pros. I'm sure someone is going to call you a child molester or something for even considering it. Try and shrug it off.

Believe it or not, the social rep thing isnt that big of a deal, as most of my friends have told me to go for it. My biggest fear is that she'll think this means we're going to get married some day and try and start a real relationship. It's known as the "Pussy Trap" amongst my friends, happened to a guy I know last year. He had his "regular" that would come over to his house every day for some, then after she realized she wouldn't get a boyfriend out of this, she said she'd quit giving him head unless he went out with her. They're still together right now. Then again, if I just told her that it was for fun she might understand......

As for dating them...no. They are way too different at that age. They're kids, and I'm not looking for a relationship with that. Now, I wouldn't go any younger than 18.

That being said, I personally think it's kind of hard to emotionally connect with someone with that big a gap. Not just in age, but in life experiences and whatnot. Which is why dating a high school girl once you're out of high school is generally a bad idea.
