If she was over 18, fine, but she aint, so no matter how concentual(sp) it is, she can still say whatever and you can still go to jail cause she was under 18. Not wortht eh risk, adn she could say it YEARS after the incident.

 

Personally I think 17 should be law of the land cause at 17 you're old enough to commit manslaughter with a car, you should be able to legally fuck. And teenages do it period, at 17 your reaching a point where you're body wants to fuck beyond belief, you're gonna do it no matter what, even if you regret it later.

I am going through something similar right now.

 

I put my pic up at FaceTheJury some months back as a joke. I made the mistake of listing my hometown. About a month ago, I got an IM from a girl who claimed she lived close to me. Upon further conversation, I found out she was 15, went to the local high school, and thought I was "insanely cute". Oh, and she had a twin!!!!!

 

This is all good. Except I am 18. And I told her where I work. So, we chat some for about a month, then she says "I know one of the other bussers at Outback (where I work). So and so is in my first period class". So I tell her to say hi to him, because I have no idea how this chick looks. Some people had said she was fat and short (Yes, I am shallow when it comes to weight) and incredibly naive. I desperately didnt want to believe this. So my co-worker comes in one day, and he confirms that she is indeed fat, short, and stupid.

 

So I kinda want to discourage her from getting into my pants. But last Saturday night, she CAME TO OUTBACK. With her mother. When I got a look at her, I couldnt believe it. The anti-thesis of what I wanted. WAY too young, and really chunky. I couldn't believe what I had gotten myself into. She basically wanted a relationship, and I was wanting no part in it. She came up to me, spoke for a little bit, and went back to eat. I then avoided the are as long as I could.

 

My mind is racing, and all I could think was "Fuck. I'm going to hell. FUCK. FUCK. FUCK. FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK." And to make matters worse, she was looking at me with those puppy eyes THE ENTIRE FKING TIME.

 

So she left, and wasn't angry. But she still didnt get the message.

 

In conclusion, don't do it.

Don't do it. To support B-X's story, most 15 year olds and such want relationships. The minute you would say yes lets do it she'll probably end up taking that as we are dating. If that is not what you want, I sure as hell wouldn't do it. Personally I'd wait for a better offer for someone close in age. 2 years younger is the most I have ever dated. I'm 21 and go out with a 17 year old (18 in January), it's a 3 1/2 year age difference but 15 and 17 are worlds apart with girls. 15 year old girls generally have no idea what they are doing and just have big crushes on guys and then get their hearts broken when they don't become Cinderella and find out Prince Charming was just using them for ass.

If you really need to get head or laid go for it, but beware of the consequences of "friends with benifits." This doesn't work out in the end and you will most likely lose both your friend and the benifits. As has been said she'll probably grow attached to you and if you hook up with another chick she'll see it as cheating and get really pissed, majorly pissed if you take her virginity.

But if you clearly tell her that this is not a relationship and that you have no plans on making it one and she's still cool with it then go for it and at least you'll have a clear conscience when you break her little heart.

For the time being, my rule is the person I'm interested in has to be older than my sister (so at least 16). It's not even a legal/maturity/etc question for me, it'd just be really weird for me to date someone who might know my sister or go to her school and talk to her on a regular basis. Well, that was my rule, like I said in the other jailbait thread, now that I'm in college I don't have to worry about that.

I still wouldnt do it. You have doubts and she may say that she understands that there will be no relationship, but after its said and done she will think you are in one or want one with you. I wouldn't put myself into that situation if you really don't want it. The biggest age difference relationship I was in was when I was a freshamn in college and he was 23. But I since learned a few things and decided to be with someone closer to me in age. As it stands, MX is 19 and I'm about to be 21. And I'm ahppy with that, but then again we both wanted a relationship and its more than just sex and whatnot.

I'm not going to beat around the bush here or make up bullshit like "this is happening to my friend" or something.

 

I'm 19. I have been offered the oppurtunity to be "friends with benefits" with a 15 year old. Is she willing? Oh yeah. Am I? I dunno....

 

Legally, age of consent is 14 so I don't have to worry about getting sent to the clink for it, but morally and socially is another issue. Although I've known many guys who've messed around with younger girls, the issue is normally kept "between the guys". The second word gets out, everybody pretends not to know the guy. I really don't want that to happen to me.

 

I'm fence-sitting currently, leaning towards not doing it at all because the negatives really outweight the positives in this case. The positives are that I get laid, the negatives are that her parents find out and do something, my parents find out and kill me, my friends find out etc.

 

To the guys: Would you do it?

To the girls: Would you look down on a guy if he fooled around with somebody younger then him?

Don't do it if you want a serious relationship--at least, that's my experience. My ex and I started dating when I was 19 and she was 15. We dated for three years. I graduated from college the same week she graduated from high school. She went off to Boston to start classes while I saved up to move there, and within two weeks, she was fucking some other guy.

As has been stated above in this thread, young girls have no clue as to how to handle guys that are older than they are and act goofy around them as well compared to when they were just acquaintances or friends.
