The super bowl movie trailers

There are not a whole lot of directors I respect in the business... I mean, I like a lot of em, but respecting them is a whole different story... anyway, I saw the preview for The Panic Room during the pre-game for the super bowl, and all I have to say is that, although a little premature, David Fincher is on that list.  The guy just has brilliant direction with his movies and from what I saw with Panic Room... it doesn't seem to be any different..

 

The second one I enjoyed was XXX.... I mean, Vin Diesel and Samuel L. Jackson... if I have to explain myself any further... I'll be very mad.

Blade II and the new M. Night movie were the two I got fired up over, only because I didn't know Blade II was about ready to go (March, I think) and I didn't know that M. Night was making a movie this year.

 

Oh, and of course AP3.  (drooling uncontrollably)

Good call on Blade II.  I forgot about that one.  The first one was excellent and my friends noticed Kris Kristofferson in trailers... which is kinda... oh, I dunno... odd.

 

Signs I'm not so sure about.  I like Gibson and WAHH-KEEN Pheonix has grown on me, but I dunno...

Well...the best part of Blade was Stephen Dorff...and he's not in the sequel...but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt...

 

Signs?  M.Night Shamalan movie huh?
