Guest HBK16 Report post Posted November 7, 2002 Ok, I need some updating/help on some promotions. I havent been able to keep up to date so I will ask you. Is Zero One's Fire Festival Tournament worth getting? I saw the card and it looks great, but I need someones oppinion who has seen it. Ultimo Dragon is one of my favorite wrestlers ever and I am going to get the 9/8 show just because of his return. Should I not expect too much? Theres also a lot of good matches I see on it. If the Ultimo Dragon match isnt good at all, is it worth getting because of another match? I havent heard too many postive things on Hayabusa's WMF. I look at the card and nothing really stands out expect for the Sasuke, Tiger Mask, Dragon Kid vs. GOEMEN, Onryo, Darkness Dragon match. Also does anyone know what Hayabusa says in the begining? Finally, hows M-Pro doing? Everyone is saying that 2002 is not their best year but since I am a huge M-Pro fan, I thought I would check out some recent shows. I thouht about getting the Tohoku Juniors Title Tournament. It doesnt look all that bad at all and I am probably going to end up buying it. Guest Evil Ash Report post Posted November 7, 2002 I've only seen one episode of the Fire Festival, but it was hella-fun. Ohtani vs Tanaka was a great, fast-paced match, and probably the most fun to be seen in men's puro this year (as of now - well, that's completely a guess). Plus, Taka's battle against some Garbage Wrestler was quite entertaining. I hear the rest is all pretty good as well. Decent quality, and different from most other stuff right now. I've never seen WMF, but I want to see their next card, the one with Mr. Gannosuke vs Kojima. Because I think that match'll be neat. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

The Dragon match isn't much of anything of note, but it has a special feeling to it for obvious reasons. Don't expect much of anything but a breaking-in feeling to this match and you'll be fine. Definately best described as an "exhibition." The rest of the show is pretty solid. The six man with CIMA is the best match IMO, and Dragon Kid-DD is right up with it too in the ME.
