Nathan Jones signs with WWE

All signs seem to indicate that Nathan Jones has signed with WWE. Many reports in Japan state that Jones has signed.

 

Jones is best known for working with the WWA promotion and winning their World Title. He is a huge guy and has recently been working dark matches for WWE.

 

WWE has not yet confirmed the signing.

An indy buddy of mine worked a dark match against Jones at the Boston Raw.

 

All my friend did was bump off of Jones, while he stood around and did basic power stuff. Pretty much the "big guy vs. little guy" match you see in the indies a million times. Finish was a Scorpion Deathdrop by Jones. He good a pretty decent pop (on the Boston/Nassau sliding scale.)

 

I think Jones has been under a developmental deal before, but they cut him loose.

Black Tiger & Dr Wagner would of been a better choice at least they could of contributed to the Tag Team Division on either show.

So is your friend Captain Underwear or Arch Kincaid? 411 gave me conflicting reports.

 

And Jones was never under a developmental deal before, but the WWF wanted to get him. He just couldn't get all the necessary paperwork (since he's Austrailian), so they decided to just move on rather than deal with the hassle.

 

They've got to do something with those teeth, too. Fucking gross. How would WWA push a guy with those?

Nathan Jones was under a developmental deal, but I believe he had passport issues and had to go back to Australia so he was released.

Test is listed as 6'6 282, Jones is listed as 6'10 330. He's about 32 years old which isn't great considering he's still green.
