Cool review, keep doing them, your grading system is a really good idea. Your play by play was fine but I'd rather read a few brief notes on a match then a full detailed description.

I am now imagining a Nosferatu remake with Low Ki. Instead of biting people, he'd just kick them in the face.

And as for that Kane guy with a bunch of numbers at the end of his name, I said in the review that it would be my last attempt at PBP for a while. I just wanted to try it to see if I'd be able to pull it off.

oh i forgot to comment on the actual article.

 

hey SC, keep in mind a few pointers...

 

use spellcheck brother. there are several words i am assuming you know how to spell but just typed in wrong.

 

also, i personally think this was one of your better recaps yet. the play by play worked for the main event. also, what i really liked about the recap is that you explained why the match was good or bad or whatever.

 

the laziest thing a tape reviewer can do is state such comments like "fun match" , "entertaining crap", "good match", "solid match", etc.

 

if the match is any of these things then explain why!!! i think you accomplished that for most of the matches.

Thanks, goodhelmet. I don't know whether my Spell Check is messed up or something, but it said that mostly everything that I put in there was spelt correctly, and the stuff that it did pick up as wrong, it didn't have any substitutes for.

these are the specific examples i was talking about SC...

 

 

Tape starts with Low Ki promoing the Iron Man match for the ROH Title in the main event. He also runs through his previous matches in Ring Of Honor.

 

 

Brian XL, Izzy (formely Insane Dragon from JAPW), and Dixie) kick them out (not without taking one of their bananas first).

I see what you're talking about, goodhelmet. Thanks for calling me out on one of my wrongs. I wish more people would do so; it makes me better at what I do.

 

I promise to try and be more careful with spelling next time.
