Guest MrRant Report post Posted November 9, 2002 BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany's top court has ordered the state of Bavaria to allow partner-swapping, dismissing complaints from residents in the conservative southern state by ruling that "swinger clubs" are not immoral. The decision by the Federal Administrative Court marks a victory for a Bavarian man who has been fighting opposition to his swingers' club through Germany's legal system for several years. "This is very positive for all German swingers," said a relieved Volker Erhardt, owner of Club Carat in the Bavarian town of Wuerzburg. Just too funny. Guest Kotzenjunge Report post Posted November 9, 2002 It's true, Bavaria is like the equivalent of the South here in America. Maligned and used as an insult outside of it, conservative and almost backwards within. Actually, all of Germany is like that. From North to South, the people get more conservative. Hamburg is Sodom and Gomorrah compared to say, Munich. Kotzenjunge Has A German Screen Name
