Guest hockeytown9321 Report post Posted November 10, 2002 Yeah I live in Detroit, so we get it through Windsor. I think you might also be able to get on Directv. I think the picture quality issues I'm having have to do wih how the signal is rebroadcast into the US over cable. I don't think there is anyway to fix it which really blows. Guest Karnage Report post Posted November 10, 2002 I think CBC in the US is a trade off for all the four major american networks we can see up here.
Guest hockeytown9321 Report post Posted November 10, 2002 In cities near the US\Canada border, you can pick up the CBC affiliates. The US cable systems in those areas can also pick up the signal and rebroadcast it. If you live in Detroit you can watch CBC through reulat broadcast TV, but the picture is fuzzy. Now watching through cable it's not fuzzy, but there is almost a double image, especially when images move fast across the screen like a hockey game. My only question is why didn't I have the problem until this year?
Guest AM The Kid Report post Posted November 10, 2002 I cant believe people actually want to see CBC for anything other than HNIC.
