I got the idea after the whole mask man angle where BPP & Caboose hooked up and after reading an old WCW Magazine which was plugging "Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal". I remember at the time being outraged at how a referee could be so stupid as to award a fair contest to someone who very clearly had eye holes cut in their hood and scissors in a "Prince of Darkness" match.
