Best Women's Champion since it's return in "98?

Since this illustrious title returned in 1998, who do you think has been the best?  I go with Ivory.  While the title matches aren't classic, she was a good heel during her reign especially with RTC.

My vote is for Steph, whom you decided to leave off of the list. I'm being serious too. She had the look of a female wrestler, and her DDT was amazing.

 

On a side note, I don't remember Molly Holly ever being the champ although I think that she would be the best.

RTC was like the bWo, a parody of a group.  In this case the PTC, I really hated the angle...really boring stuff, and yes, I DO like Stevie and Ivory.  But I would have to go with Jazz.
