Guest crandamaniac Posted November 12, 2002 Report Posted November 12, 2002 I'm not sure storyline wise what happened with Spidey (know the basics of how the clone saga ended) But I know that the Spidey Titles were relaunched because Marvel got John Byrne to try and revive them. From what I heard, it pretty much sucked til JMS came on

I dunno the issue, Green G, returns and on "Gathering of five" becomes I dunno, a godlike being, or something like that and almost kill Spidey, after that Spidey vs GG, and Peter knows that Aunt May it was kidnapped for Osborn, she also had an implant (sp?) and if a surgeon takes him off the world could be on trouble, oh... well, lets make it short. Peter beats GG, saves Aunt May and after the final (hahahahahahahahaha) battle with GG, the Bugle building is busted really bad, Peter talks with MJ and quits. ------ All spidey titles are cancelled (again... hahahahahahahahaha) ------ Here it comes Mackie n Byrne relaunch... There is a new Spidey on town, later we knoe he is a... she, I dunno who the hell is this girl, but Peter returns as Spiderman and forward until now... Thats it.
