Here's mine: World: Chris Jericho Intercontinental: Rob Van Dam European: Lance Storm Hardcore: Raven Tag Team: Scott Hall/Kevin Nash (Not alot of choices to choose from and would keep them out of singles). Not only does the WWF have too many PPV's a year, which results in the writers not having enough time to develop storylines, but the WWF also has way too many titles. They should go back to 4-6 PPV's a year, and go back to only 3 titles. Jericho is a credible champion, so I hope he rides this championship that he has for a few more months at least. Lance Storm or RVD as IC champion for a good 8 months, though I would prefer if it was a TV title. Then they could defend the title on every TV show. Tag Team Champions - The Dudley Boyz. Not just any Dudley Boyz, but the ECW type heel Dudleyz. They almost started riots in the crowd. Fan interaction is never a bad thing. Every other belt would go. As for PPV's: Royal Rumble, Survivor Series (go back to the old SS with 4 on 4 or 5 on 5 matches. All the Survivors meet in a Battle Royal at the end of the PPV) SummerSlam & Wrestlemania. One PPV every three months should give the writers plenty of time to develop both characters and storylines better. Guest razazteca Report post Posted March 4, 2002 World Heavyweight Title - shall be given to Mike Awesome, the major angle would be Awesome vs Hall over who invented the Razor Edge/Awesome Bomb finisher. IC - would be Lance Storm, the major angle would be renaming it the Canadian Providence title with Storm defending against former partner Jericho, Beniot, Edge, Christian. Lightweight - AJ Styles, the Wildside champ will enter the WWF in a feud against RVD and Hurricane Tag Title - Booker T & Ernest Miller as Southern Heat 2000. Beware of the Spinaronnie and Cat-Bo. Womens - Jazz would be the third of Southern Heat 2000 and feud against Jackie, Lita, Ivory. Hardcore - shall be the comedy title with the 24-7 rule, give to Spike Dudley or Goldust or whatever Heat/Jakked/Metal regular. Then, have him rub it into the fans' and other wrestlers' face. That would get him more over and more credibility. Undisputed IC Champion - Rob Van Dam. Have him hold the belt like he did with the TV Title in ECW. After he drops the belt he can start his feud with Jericho for the World Title. European Champion - Lance Storm. Down the road, have him feud with RVD, leading to a PPV match with them unifying the IC Title and the Euro Title. Hardcore Champion - Mr. Perfect. Have him win every match without a use of a weapon getting the "perfect gimmick" over and really annoying the crowd. Tag Team Champions - Eeerm... The Outsiders? Not much to choose from... let them dominant the tag scene and sorta help get the NWO over. Lightweight Champion - Hurricane. Good matches with Tajiri and Kidman a go-go! Women's Champion - *shrugs* I personally would drop the belt altogether, do a couple of women matches to fill time in, and put the rest in as manager roles. Guest TheDames7 Report post Posted March 4, 2002 World: Kurt Angle. The guy is the most over heel in the business right now, and dammit, you need heel champions being chased to make some money. The guy has 2 credible finishers and can get good matches out of anyone. If his reign is given the proper respect, I think he can go far with the World title. One of the few heels that can go over clean without killing the face's heat. IC: As much as I'd love to say RVD, I don't think he needs the title. The guy is massively over, and I say to give the IC title its credibility back, you put it on a guy who can get it over, but needs the title. I would have to go with a returning Beniot. Beniot's reign, although they were mostly short, had some great wrestling and he seemed to be giving the title its importance again before losing it to Jericho every other month. After a good long reign, fans will start to accept him as a World title contender, which is what the IC title should do. Euro: I would give this title to Lance Storm. Same as the above title, the guy can get the title over and if kept strong with his title victories will be able to get it over on his own. When in WCW, he was able to get 3 titles over on the way he was booked and each belt significantly meant more over time. Tag: I would like to see Raven & Saturn get the tag titles. My original choice was the Impact Players, but I would prefer Lance as a single. These guys can wrestle any style together and they mesh in a way that most teams don't these days. Hardcore: Tazz. Old ECW Taz would have been able to get the HC title over quickly, but with the Tazz that we have now, all we need to see is glimpses of it and the fans will be happy. He doesn't need to kill people with his suplexes or anything, but the character of Tazz is nothing more than a hardcore thug who is always fighting odds in terms of size and strength and I think it would be a great title for him. LHW/Cruiserweight Title - Chavo Guerrero. Chavo was giving the Cruiser title credibility back after it had champions such as Oklahoma and Medusa. His feud with Shane Helms before WCW folded was one of the highlights of 2001, and Chavo ended up looking stronger than he ever had before. IC Title: Eh, I guess either RVD or Booker T. I wish I could say Christian, but the guy isn't over and has a pretty lacking moveset. European Title: I guess keep it on DDP and have him feud with Christian, Kanyon, Test, or some other mid-card face like Edge. Tag Team Titles: Outsiders don't care about the belts so that leaves Billy and Chuck, unfortunately. Turn the Hardlyz and Dudleyz so they can at least freshen up the scene some. Hardcore Title: Kill it. Women's Title: Kill it. LHW/Cruiserweight Title: I guess Tajiri, but he's pretty heatless right now. If you notice that after hes held a title that the title drops in value considerably due to no one believing that that vanilla midget could actually hold one. Its sad and his ass shuold be fired before he devalues anymore titles. Euro: RVD Hardcore: Perfect, I like Flyboy's idea of him winning matches w/out weapons, he should also dodge his opponent's shots, that would get the perfect gimmick over and also get heel heat, IMO Then have he and RVD wrestle and have RVD unify the belts, make it the TV title and 2 shitty belts are gone and replaced with a good one. Cruiser: Kidman or Rey Jr. if they sugn him Women's: drop it and make the chicks worth keeping bump taking valets, Paul E. would love this.
