California has California Pizza Kitchen in Missouri, why can't other cities have a St. Louis Bread Company?

I've never heard of this company, but i'd assume that they changed it for Marketing purposes.

Maybe the moved the HQ to Mexico and are now hiring workers for pennies on the dollar?...
