WWE presents a special one-hour live-action special tonight at 9/8 CT on UPN! Superstars from RAW and SmackDown! will be appearing on "Super Tuesday." It features a HUGE Triple Threat Match (Edge vs. Eddie Guerrero vs. Chris Benoit), a GIGANTIC 10-man tag (Triple H, Y2J, Christian, Rosey & Jamal vs. Kane, Booker T, RVD, Bubba Ray & Jeff Hardy), and a CAN'T MISS interpromotional bikini contest (Trish vs. Torrie).

Way I figure it, there's one hour of pragramming for two matches and a 5 minute at the very most bikini contest. The matches are going to have to go about 15-20 minutes just to fill the time. That's a good thing.

The Ten-Man Tag could be great too, if it's done right.

UPN has the Red Wings on tonight, so missing the WWE thing won't break my heart, but no Buffy, and that pisses me off.

 

Although Buffy and the WWE thing will be on Sunday at 8 and 9

She'll probably announce a 3 way tag match at the ppv, since the guys in the triple threat match are all representing one team

Yeah that's a good guess.

 

I've figured it would be a three way ever since last ppv anyway.

 

On one side...look at all the good wrestlers in that one match!

 

On the other...all the good SD guys are in one match...and all the important RAW guys are in one match too.

 

And it's not even a SS style elimination match for chrissake!

 

The rest of this show is going to be UG-LY

i brought that up in a chat last night. imagine this...

 

tajiri, crash, funaki, and kidman vs. noble, moore, mattitude and cena (i know he's not a cruiser but it would be better than the kiss my ass match with rikishi). no one really gets hurt by the booking, the crowd gets fired up and we get to see some of the best wrestlers around. everyone wins!

Edge & Mysterio vs. Benoit & Angle vs. Eddie & Chavo for the Tag Team Titles at the Survivor Series would be awesome to see. As for the Cruiserweight Title, I'd like to see Noble defend it in a Fatal Four Way match against Tajiri, Matt, and Kidman. That would be a pretty good match also.

probably, if they are lucky, the ratings will be half of what SD does. besides a quick blurb during the wwe shows (confidential, velocity, SD) i haven't heard anything about it.

With all these huge matches on the show, it's really weird that they haven't plugged it more than they have. I agree, haven't heard much.

Yeah, only in a kinda sorta way, hasn't done anything yet to be a hell...doesn't get booed really, doesn't get much reaction really. Maybe if he started tagging with Matt.

I don't want to see MATTITUDE~! as a cruiser, because he's been in too much high-profile stuff lately, and it'd be sorta devaluing to have him in there with the cruisers.

 

As if jobbing him to Rikishi wasn't bad enough.

i agree with you there bps, the only reason to "unify" the titles was because the bookers were too incompetent to do anything with the midcard. can't think of anything to do with the midcard? well, lets just make them belts disappear so we don't have to worry about it.
