And he was put in a match with Booker, non-title, who didn't have a prayer of beating.

 

HBK came out to add fuel to that HOT feud-within-a-fued...

further establishing him as a political master...

 

he KNEW the ratings were on a down cycle so he HAPPILY didn't lobby to be in RAW is HGH....

 

 

thus giving his partisans ammo that the sag is NOT his fault....

If you read the first post, you'd see ratings dropped in the second hour, hence my point. Some people who were watching tuned out when HHH showed up.

he'll spin it as lag and apathy that he WASN'T the whole effing show....

 

and since the people that matter are already allies of his THAT will be the new reality....

Then Vince can shove his head into the ground and pretend that HHH is right again, ratings go down again--hey, no skin off my back. Vince will either learn or watch his company go bankrupt. Even if SD ratings go up that can only keep the company afloat so long until the whole thing collapses.

 

At least I can watch SD until that happens.

We might finally be seeing the backlash of the horrible streak Raw did have, and the casket-fucking, etc. Plus last weeks show was just about as bland as you can get, and this was after 3 or so weeks of some of the worst Raws ever. So there you go I guess.

 

I'd like to see the quarter ratings........I know one thing, I bet people turned off in droves when they had Terri and Victoria yapping and then they took a break, playing as it was extremely important to stay tuned for that "action." Thats an insult to any wrestling fans intelligence right there.

Face it, there is NO REASON to watch RAW every week now (well, except for Trish, but her new music hurts that a lot). It's pretty sad that the better show is the one that's taped so pretty everyone knows what happened instead of the live "anything can happen" show.

as i see it kingpk, for those of us who are pressed for time, that is a positive!!! i know i can skip raw for months at a time without missing anything at all.

 

for SD, i can schedule my viewing habits around the GODZ or interesting developments while bypassing rikishi and mark henry altogether. i think it is a win-win situation. now, lets hope the SD ratings don't suffer a similar fate.

look I understand the temptation to say "it is all Vinny's fault!" but the fact is that he has to maintain the illusion that other people's input is of worth to him....

 

Thus Crips' politicking has effectively painted Vince into a corner where if Vince nukes those responsible for the John Holmes push of HGH he has basically taken a big shit on his daughter, a guy he credits with helping to kill WCW through his writing, and one of his "most loyal" *stars*.
