Guest Your Olympic Hero Report post Posted November 13, 2002 If you had your choice, what would you do to turn the WWE around? This isn't exactly fantasy booking, and that folder is virtually dead anyway... so tell me, what would make YOU happy? Be serious. You can't have Big Show eat HHH or anything like that. Leading up to the December PPV... Brock's face turn is over as Heyman reveals him doubting Brock was just a test to see if Brock could possibly be thrown off his gameplan, which didn't happen. Edge is lined up as the next big challenger after making a few insults of Heyman, and making a reference to Brock looking like a giant penis. Chris Benoit turns heel on Angle at Survivor Series, realigning himself with the Guerreros. Through the weeks leading up to the PPV, Angle beats Chavo and Eddy before taking on his nemesis Benoit in a submission match. He also becomes friends with Edge and Rey Misterio, and warns Brock not to underestimate Edge. Edge even gets a pinfall victory over Brock in a tag match where he teams with Angle against Brock and Benoit. Brock and Angle tease the crowd with a minute or so of great amateur mat wrestling in the match, possibly foreshadowing the future. The Guerreros decide they should be the only luchadores in WWE and try to eliminate Rey Misterio. Jamie Noble gets mad at Nidia for helping him win a match, saying he could do it on his own. He hits a tiger bomb on Nidia, pissing off Tajiri and bringing him out to the ring. Tajiri beats the hell out of Noble for hitting a woman, and challenges him to a match at the PPV. On Raw, Scott Steiner debuts. RVD isn't impressed, saying that Scott's muscles don't matter, because he is RVD. Steiner attacks him, and we've got ourselves a match. Booker T should win the Raw title at Survivor Series, and defend it against the newly insane Chris Jericho, finishing off that running feud. The HHH vs. HBK feud is obviously going to come to a screeching hault at the December PPV as well. Since it's HHH, he's got to get the job back from HBK...in a Texas death match. Last but not least, have Goldust turn heel on the Hurricane and become a super villain. So the results are: Tajiri d. Jamie Noble (12:41, Tajiri wins Cruiserweight title) Hurricane Helms d. Goldust (7:22) Eddy Guerrero d. Rey Misterio Jr. (13:39) Scott Steiner d. Rob Van Dam (14:30) Kurt Angle d. Chris Benoit (18:33, submission match) Triple-H d. Shawn Michaels (19:11, Texas Death match) Booker T d. Chris Jericho (18:31, Booker retains SD! title) Brock Lesnar d. Edge (17:33, Lesnar retains SD! title) Yeah so I'm bored and I did that in 10 minutes instead of coming up with something detailed. What do you think? Guest bob_barron Report post Posted November 13, 2002 Why blow off HHH and HBK at a meaningless PPV?? Turn Goldust heel and kill all his heat? A Texas Death match? It'll just make both guys look weak.
Guest Your Olympic Hero Report post Posted November 13, 2002 Steiner had some decent matches toward the end of WCW, and with RVD to bump for him it wouldn't be that bad. Plus you need to give him a win over a fan favorite to boost up his stock for him to win the Raw title and defend it against HHH at Wrestlemania. It might not be what you want, but it's gonna happen. Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted November 13, 2002 Bah. I wouldn't put Steiner over anyone who's over and usable. He'll just get injured again and all you've done is set yourself back even further.
Guest bob_barron Report post Posted November 13, 2002 Why give Tajiri the cruiserweight title after jobbing to Noble twice in one week? Plus since Tajiri is a face he really has no one to defend it against. If you're making Goldust a super-villain jobbing him in his first match won't help anyone
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted November 13, 2002 Seriously, I agree with bps21 on this one. I don't like RVD, but he is one of the few guys on RAW to get a reaction. Steiner is almost in as bad a shape as Michaels.

I mean what if "God" decided he needed to go back home to whip up some damnation or something? Who is a credible champion???
Guest D'Lo White Report post Posted November 13, 2002 Why give Tajiri the cruiserweight title after jobbing to Noble twice in one week? Plus since Tajiri is a face he really has no one to defend it against. He could feud with Chavo. Chavo could win the belt and then feud with Misterio. I would also have Big Show eat HHH. Guest RavishingRickRudo Report post Posted November 13, 2002 The WWF should just sign Low Ki - have him blaze through the Cruiserweight division - win the belt in impressive fashion - and then challenge Rey and set up that big match.
Guest razazteca Report post Posted November 13, 2002 would prefer Scott Steiner vs HHH - (16:00) with Steiner Screwdriver and Recliner finish then Lead Pipe of Doom to tear the quad for a long and lengthy HHH vacation. HBK is not healthy can could not last in an Texas Death Match
Guest HartFan86 Report post Posted November 13, 2002 I have an idea. Bring Austin back and he will do the following: 1. Higher the Ratings. 2. Better the Product 3. End the HHH reign of terror in the creative meetings.

Guest bob_barron Report post Posted November 13, 2002 How do you know Austin will automatically better the product considering his last few months he seemed to worsen the product.
Guest HartFan86 Report post Posted November 13, 2002 How do you know Austin will automatically better the product considering his last few months he seemed to worsen the product. He wasn't even trying the last few months in the WWE. Probably from February of 2002 to when he left in June of 2002 he didn't give a shit at all considering he was in disagreements with the whole creative team in the WWE. And you have to realize that Austin was definately burnt out on his scheudle which is understandable. I think after a good 8 months off, Austin's recooperated, in better pyschical shape, healthier, and motivated (if he comes back). And trust me....Austin leading the troops WILL motivate a WWE locker room and the product will get better. Edit: And I wouldn't go as far as saying Austin made the product worse, but he didn't help any mainly cause his character was just dry. The What? thing got old fast and you could tell he wasn't having fun (which is what it should be all about).
Guest bob_barron Report post Posted November 13, 2002 I think Austin needs to come back just to put over some people. I think he could insanely elevate Booker T by giving him a rub. And it can't be the Austin who would beat 20 people at once

Guest Your Olympic Hero Report post Posted November 13, 2002 Steiner had some decent matches toward the end of WCW ....against? Booker T. And his matches against DDP and Goldberg weren't bad. Alot better than HHH vs. Kane or Brock vs. Show.

Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted November 14, 2002 I would want Austin to go to Smackdown and play a heel against Edge, Misterio, Brock, Angle & Benoit, but I don't think the fans would boo him until at least the novelty of his return has worn off. Austin generally seems to be happier as a heel though. Austin was at his best in 2001 since before Summerslam 1997.

Austin generally seems to be happier as a heel though. Austin was at his best in 2001 since before Summerslam 1997. Rocky would work in the same role, and we've already seen that the fans will boo him. A heel turn will never happen, however, as his movie star role basically requires him to be a face. Plus he's never around long enough for anything good.
