1. What is your favorite match of all time?

Men's- 6/9/95 MM/KK vs. Kawada/Taue- The first tag match that made love Japanese prowres, unlike the singles match that had such an effect 6/9/95 still holds up. The last time I watched 12/6/96 I finally "got it" but it still trails 6/95 by a slight margin. MM vs. KK 1/97 would be my top pick for single's match.

Women's- 11/26/92 Kansai/Ozaki vs. Yamada/Toyota, 3/27/94 Kong/Nakano vs. Hokuto/Kandori is up there as I love that match. Kong vs. Toyota BEWU is probably my fav single match, I know it was a tournament match but had it gone 5 more minutes it would hae been my favorite, it would have felt epic.

2. Who is your favorite wrestler of all time?

Men's- Kawada/Kobashi/Misawa, it depends on who I'm currently watching as I'll feel I can't admire any other wrestler more at that time, I love all three of them. Kobashi might have the edge a little, I dig the stoicism but Kobashi's passion is hard for me not to get into.

Women's- Hokuto/Toyota/Kong, same as the three men listed above, it's all dependent on who's match I'm watching at the time as I think all three are exceptional.

3. What is your dream match that has never taken place?

Men's- Kobashi vs. Vader in '93, Angle or Benoit vs. Misawa/Kawada/Kobashi in their prime years.

Women's- Kong vs. Kandori circa '93, Kong vs. Jackie Gayda or Chyna.

4. What is your favorite match from 2002?

My viewing is very limited but I did download the MM/KK vs. Nagata/Akiyama match and though it was really good.

5. Is there any style of wrestling that you generally dislike?

Garbage wrestling, I also can't get into streetfight and brawls all that much. I can appreciate them if they are pulled off well but not on the levels other's do.

6. What event or match would you recommend to a person who has never watched any Japanese wrestling?

Men's- The '90's AJPW gaijin vs. natives matches. The Can-Am express would be a great tag team to starts from, Vader matches from the late '90s may not have been consistent ****+ matches but they were good and after watching them you can get a taste of the top AJ wrestlers like MIsawa and Kobashi then go back to the Misawa/Tsuruta matches and forward to see the great wrestlers putting on spectacular matches while in their primes.

Women's -Where to start? As long as one get's over seeing women brutalizing each other there is alot I think people can get into quickly. Toyota matches are workrate intensive so a newbie can easily find excitment in them then procede from there. The level of work between the WWE "diva's" and the Joshi stars is so wide that one would be astounded at what they are seeing.

1. What is your favorite match of all time?

I must follow what is something of a trend and go with the Misawa/Kobashi vs. Kawada/Taue 6/9/95 match. It is everything that is right with pro wrestling. I love how it shows something beyond the mere attack/defend aspect of wrestling: it shows Kobashi act selflessly to help not only a champion, but a friend.

Actually, I don't think you'll ever get a great match based on moves alone. There needs to be something more.

I'm also a big fan of the Piper/Hart IC Title match from WM8. Because it has two of my favourite wrestlers, Hart blading, and Piper actually choosing not to become a heel. Great stuff.

2. Who is your favorite wrestler of all time?

It changes daily. I think it's definitely between Tenryu, Kawada, and Benoit, though.

I also have a soft spot for some other fellas, like Piper and Shamrock. Yes, Shamrock.

3. What is your dream match that has never taken place?

Muh ... Benoit vs Kawada, I guess. Not something I think about.

4. What is your favorite match from 2002?

Though probably not the best, the Ohtani/Tanaka match is fantastic and fun. Watch it.

5. Is there any style of wrestling that you generally dislike?

I've really, really grown to dislike submission-based wrestling lately. Not good UWF stuff, but the sort of stuff they through into the middle of many puro matches. They slap on submissions that should have a guy tap in 2 seconds, and instead they freakin' sleep in it for three minutes. I just watched Nishimura sit in the Nagata Lock for about 2 minutes straight without making an attempt to break it or anything. Yawn-able.

6. What event or match would you recommend to a person who has never watched any Japanese wrestling?

I always show my friends stuff like Vader in All Japan. Big guy smashing little guys who can really, really take it, and give back as well.

That's the route I'm going. Awesome stuff so far, I'm getting into. Thanks WWE for sucking lately. Can you answer something for me?

What's the deal with the big swing and the neverending rolling pin in Joshi? Is there some history behind it or is it just one of those things the crowd seems to pop for? I imagine there's a reason, but I'll be damned if I know it. Is it just Toyota?

Toyota's Rolling Cradle and Kyoko's Inoue's Giant Swing can both be described as goofy. I don't know if there is a history behind them but they do get oohs after being pulled off for extended periods of time.

1. Damn....tough ass call. Benoit vs Angle WrestleMania X7. Hart vs Piper WrestleMania VIII. Ohtani/Benoit vs Black Tiger/Sasuke Super Junior Tag 94. Kawada/Taue vs Misawa/Kobashi. Flair vs Steamboat, WrestleWar 89. Those are just some small snippets.

2. Chris Benoit. No question.

3. Another tough call.....Kurt Angle vs Kenta Kobashi. Weird, yes but still something I've though of for a while. Either that or DK vs Benoit.

4. Rey/Edge vs Angle/Benoit, as I haven't seen much puro from 2002.

5. Aside from Main Event WWE Heavyweight shit, I've found lucha to be kinda hard to watch.

6. Great Sasuke and Black Tiger vs Chris Benoit and Shinjiro Ohtani, Super Junior Tag League 94.

My mistake. I just watched like like 20 minutes before I typed this too. I had watched like like 30 times before but that match is too good to go more than a month without seeing it.
