In one song by Shaggy, it sounded like he was saying "Lastic, Dildo Fantastic".

Is this thread spawned off of that new Verizon (?) commercial?...

The whole commercial is based around a couple, who is listening to Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar On Me". The whole argument is based upon the husband confusing the lyric as "Pour some shook-up ramen"...

OH THE HILARITY!.

This was a worldwide phenomenon long before that commercial came about. There's a book, a calendar, a website...all dedicated to misunderstood lyrics. This thread is one of those timeless classics that comes about once every six months or so, like "what's your favorite album?" or "which backstreet boy is the most well-hung?".

Ah, well then.

Hollywood is exaggerating because there isn't really a long pause when she says "I wanna blow you away."

I don't know what he's trippin' on.

Trippin, lol

Anyway, it is that long.

"I want to blow you..................away"

I'll add some real country to the mix, since it was what I was raised on.

"Ocean Front Property" by George Strait

"I got some ocean front property in Arizona

From my front porch you can see the sea

I got some ocean front property in Arizona

If you'll buy that, I'll throw the Golden Gate in free"

For about the past 10 years, I thought the last line was "If you'll buy that, I'll blow the Golden Gate in three". Never understood why such a nice country singer from Texas would want to make terrorist threats...and why three pieces?
