I've unlocked the west coast pop (which is a beautiful thing to watch, btw) but i'm not sure whether me or my brother have got his moves yet. Still, plenty of time. I also have "music or entrance 10", but my Rey does not come popping out of the floor as it appears yours does. Also, his music is very ghey. Am I missing something? Try looking under costumes/others for the top part of the Crow Stings outfit, and the bottom is under Tights/other, I believe.
