I'm serious. Does anyone know of any current series that are anywhere near as funny/excellent/good as this series?

I've been meaning to check those out at the library. I need a change from my usual Star Wars/Shannara/Dragonriders vices

Pick up the Rincewind stuff, Pyramids, Small Gods, and any book that features Death as a character.

Death is one of the best characters in the Discworld books.

Death's grand daughter is pretty cool too.

But are there any series which are as funny and such good reads?

The death books (Hogfather, Reaperman), are good, but so are the witches (Wyrd Sisters, Masqurade), wizards (Interesting times, The Last Continent), but ESPECIALLY the Night Watch books are awsome (Guards Guards!, Jingo, the 5th Elephant, Feet of Clay, etc.)

So many books. And I own them all hahahhaahahh

There was a series of books that came out in the 80s or early 90s called Wild Cards which I really loved at the time. Think a funny and twisted version of Astro City. Unfortunately, most of them are OOP, but some libraries may still have them.
