I'm not too sure where else to put this, so I figure I'd vent here. I hate goddamn fuckin' cold ass snow. The streets and roads around here get choked up with the shit all winter long because our street dept. is incompetent. Anyone else detest winter?

Snow's good in moderation, but I can't stand having to wade through waist high snow all winter, not to mention also having to shovel it, especially when it gets really heavy. That's a bitch.

It can suck at times, but sometimes it's nice to have it. Snow ice cream~!

I'll vote for "La Parka".

We've had snow on the ground since mid-october. Hell, we even had a snow storm in August. Winter lasts like 5 months. Snow is good, bad to walk and drive on though.

La Parka is indeed a good choice, and if he worked for the street department in my town, I'm sure he'd chairshot all those pesky snowdrifts right off of the road.

I do not mind snow so much. At least if it is significant, it makes the scenery look nice enough. And it is better than just cold.

Snow is ok sometimes, but only for a few days at a time. If it stays around for weeks at a time, it loses its novelty.

I like to look at snow. That's about it. Whatever points it gets for being visually pleasing are negated by the fact that it's both fucking cold and a tremendous hassle to drive in. Thumbs down on snow.

The recording artist Snow is pretty fucking awful, as well. That particular word just has so many negative connotations in my mind.

I totally disagree.

Snow? Isn't that the lad who wants to licky bum bum down?

Indeed. He's best known for the supermegatopofthepops hit "Informer," after which he promptly dropped off the face of the planet. He apparently spent some time in jail on one count of excessive sucking and another count of of naming himself after something that causes so much anguish to unsuspecting Canadians. I actually don't know what he was convicted of, but rest assured that a thin white pretty boy like him was passed around like currency in prison. You reap what you sow, I guess.

Oh, and the combined anti-charisma of young Christopher Nowinski and his former trainer Al SNOW are completely sinking what could potentially be an interesting feud. The bad writing and go-nowhere storyline don't help any, but if either guy was worth anything more than a cheap Harvard/Head joke it might really be worth watching.

I'll take the snow over the cold anyday. Though, it is hell to drive in. That's the only thing I hate about snow. We had quite the dumping of snow last Friday as a matter of fact. Now, it's supposed to be 10 above, so the meltdown will be on. Not to fear, though, because we will have more snow.

funny shit, that.

heh, Informer occurred to me after I posted this. I mean, he was basically a rip off of VANILLA ICE. Talk about reaching for the stars.

But Snow's career has stretched beyond just 'Informer'. After his release from prison, he has graced Canadian airwaves with such classics as 'Everybody Wants To Be Like You' and 'The Plumb Song'.

I love my country.

Wow. Do they live up to the legacy of his previous masterpiece?

Since we're talking about the singer, Snow, I'd just like to say that Snow sucks. The only song I liked by him would probably be "Everybody Wants To Be Like You". Besides that, his songs suck.

Well, his rapping style was different than Vanilla Ice's. He went for more of a rapid-fire type thing, while Ice was basically just a white guy with no flow who just so happened to have a recording contract and unbelievably tall hair. The fact that Snow has attained anything more than barely-remembered one hit wonder status in Canada is indeed a tremendous condemnation of that country. For shame, Canada.

Sadly, no, so I fear Canadians will be the only ones blessed with hearing whatever future songs Snow decides to release.

Choke on THAT ya Yankees.

It was definitely a different style, but you can't seriously say that he wasn't riding the coattails of another certain white rapper with supercooled water as a namesake.

I would actually be interested in seeing a Vanilla Ice and Snow collaboration somewhere down the road. Put Hammer and Joey Lawrence (sub David Faustino if need be) in there and you have perhaps the greatest washed up supergroup ever assembled. Other than Crosby, Stills, and Nash.

But, does anyone else think that Kinetic and Incandenza could be perfect brothers?

Maybe it's just me.

I think they could be perfect strangers.

Incandenza could be Cousin Larry, Kinetic could be Balki, it'd be a beautiful thing.

Guest Kinetic

Well, now, why do I have to be Balki? I don't fancy myself the lovable idiot foreigner.

Snow does indeed suck, getting stuck in a loop of Sticky Bum Bum Down and when it melts it just gets sloppy
