There will be lots of people who still won't be happy if HHH jobs at Mania.  I'll tell you why.

 

If HHH jobs at Mania to Jericho, he will likely want the job back at Backlash.  (See Rock in 2000 for past reference.)  Now I hate to sound like an SK suckup, but thinking about that, I go back to a rant he did on Hogan in his Survivor Series '90 review.  One of the lines said:

 

"wouldn't lie down for anyone unless he was either a) dead or b) promised a high-profile job in return, never mind if that person had done the job for him at 500 house shows prior to this."

 

Any thoughts on this?

HHH is getting the belt some way, some how. Wheather it's at WM or Backlash. Jericho is jobbing to him some place.

He's even with Angle (in big money matches...he is currently collecting Angle jobs in every city in the country)

While I agree that HHH doesn't job enough, trading jobs tit for tat will get a promotion nowhere.  At some point, someone has to job convincingly and not get the job back in order to end a feud, or elevate someone.

 

Of course, the WWF doesn't care about elevation or ending feuds properly, but that's another story.

A babyface usually wins out in the end.  Triple-H broke the mold to become a dominant heel in 2000.  Now that he looks to be a babyface, he should be winning a lot more.

Jericho's reign is ending at wrestlemania, due to a stupid non-sensical over booked SPORTZ ENTERTAINMENT finish. Expect ref bumps and lots of them people.

I bet they don't even make it the main event. it'll be rock vs. hogan as the main event. I mean they always use Jerico as the curtain jerker on raw and smackdown so they have no faith in him so why have him headline the biggest ppv of the year. Now that's wwf logic give the biggest tittle in the industry even though you think he isn't over enough.

doubt it i see it like this: stephanie helps HHH win, it was all a ploy to get HHH the belt. Makes no sense doesn't it? that's why it's so likely! stephanie's storylines NEVER make any sense so it's perfect!

no, you are right, and it does make sense.  steph has said she was the only reason trips is 4-time champ, so she turns to give him his fifth reign.  although this *totally* destroys trips, as it shows he is nothing without steph, and will therefore never be a strong face or heel again.

what if she turns and helps HHH win to prove to him that he needs her but HHH rejects her and showing he's an honerable man challanges jericho to a rematch down the line? It'll get him even more over
