Couple of reviews Ive never seen...

I havent found any reviews for the 1986 Crockett Cup video (I have the commercial version) on the net.

 

Also, there doesnt seem to be too many reviews of ECW house shows, they were almost all made available on RF(extra gay)"s fancams.

 

If theres any interest in a review for the Crocket Cup(Flair v Dusty, Duggan v Slater, Road Warriors, Midnights, Ron Garvin/MagnumTA, Fantastic, BrainBusters etc) or the one fancam I have, 2/18/00 La Crosse WI (Mike Awesome v Rhyno, Sandman/Dreamer v Corino/Tajiri, New Jack/Masato Tanaka v Baldies, Lance Storm v Spike Dudley, etc) I will type one up myself.

Two pieces of advice don't copy SK and USE STAR RATINGS if you don't it'll confuse the hell out of me...

Yeah, star ratings are the easiest way to rate just about anything. Once people start using percents, absurd numbering systems or grades I have trouble getting into the review.

Number systems aren't that bad as long as it's only a (number of good segments)/(number of segments total) or x/10 for a match.

I don't mind x/10 but it's nothing compared to the star ratings.....NOTHING GOD DAMMIT NOTHING!

The numbering systems I hate are the ones out of 100 because then there are just too many choices when rating a match. The only time I ever use numbers is with the "Good Segments/Total Segments".

Of the two whopping reviews I've done, I used Amercian dollar values to rate the video. Of course this does nothing for those in Canada, UK, ect. but it's the best origianl idea I can think of.

Well, Im going to do a review of the '86 Cup. I have the commercial release, so there is some editing. I havent come across any other reviews for this tape on the 'net, so it would be quite the challenge for me to commit any plagiarism here. I will use star ratings. This is the first time I have attempted any wrestling video reviews, most all of my writing has been in fiction or poetry, so this will, at the very least, be a challenge. Review should be posted sometime this Wed. probably.
