ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted November 18, 2002 I can think of a few off the bat... 1) The Dudleyz re-uniting hopefully means that we never again have to hear "Reverend" D-Von's theme play again. 2) Victoria gets to play Psycho Bitch Women's Champion, something that I think has been lacking for a while. 3) Angle and Benoit aren't tag champs, so they can go back to singles matches soon enough. 4) Um....they disproved the theory of not pushing non-Home Grown talent to the top spot with Big Show... 5) HHH beat NO ONE in the elimination chamber! Guest Nevermortal Report post Posted November 18, 2002 - The crowd cheered for Angle & Benoit and booed Edge. - The "Big Poppa Boner" sign near the entranceway that completely ruined his entrance and had the entire room where I was watching in complete hysterics. - Kane not winning! - The DDT Noble gave to Kidman. - The overall coolness of the Chamber. Guest Anglesault Report post Posted November 18, 2002 It is finally finished. And there was much rejoice. Until It was made clear that the Big Show has been rewarded for being fat and lazy. Oh Well, Maybe Angle will kill him on Smackdown.

Guest Army Eye Report post Posted November 19, 2002 1) Chris Jericho. Not only the star of the chamber match in terms of workrate/making the match good, but he was made to look awful good doing it. Kicked a whole lot of ass throughout the whole match, brutalized HBK, and held his own with HHH when they squared off one-on-one for a while, culminating in Chris locking HHH in the Walls! Hopefully a sign of a bigger singles push for Jericho. 2) Rico SCREAMING at Jeff. 3) Benoit/Angle: drop toe-hold ---> combination Anklelock/Crossface, it was so pretty. 4) Los Guerreros winning the tag titles. Best pure tag team out of the three, and the other folks really need to get back to singles matches anyway. 5) Brock twice suplexing and then cleanly F5ing the Big Show. One of those things that is worth paying for. 6) Steiner segment wasn't much, but good to see him again. Crowd really ate it up 7) Great MSG crowd 8) "Lupid" 9) Dudleys reforming is good, mainly because I can't stand Bubba Ray as a singles wrestler. (Did you guys know he's Bubba tough?) 10) The through-the-glass spots in the Chamber were cool0 even if they went out of their way to tell us the glass was *bulletproof*. Sigh. 11) The Elimination Chamber match was fine, (aside from the booking of it)! Jericho really was great in it, and the last segment between HHH/HBK was very good too, I was getting into it even when I knew damn well who would win. But it's not in the same universe as WarGames. WWE, just USE WARGAMES NEXT YEAR! It's perfectly suited for a PPV called "Survivor Series". Or, if you want use it on one of the non-big 5 PPVs, the ones who need it more. Guest JMTapes Report post Posted November 19, 2002 The AWESOME MSG entranceway. No fucking "TitanTron" or what I hate most of all, ramp.
Guest Brian Report post Posted November 19, 2002 I hated Knoble losing. Especially to Kidman. That was some backward ass booking.
Guest Bricks Report post Posted November 19, 2002 I'm not sure what to make of Noble losing. On one hand, he looked bad with losing 3 in a row to Kidman. But on the other hand, whoever was holding the Cruiserweight Title since it's existence in the WWE ended up doing nothing with it, so maybe that frees him up for some other stuff to do. Guest papacita Report post Posted November 19, 2002 -I marked the fuck out for Brock's entrance. The way the arena just went black was cool as hell. -Guerreros are the tag champs. -Jericho and HHH trying to make HBK bleed had my dying. That Jericho is a character. -I did mark somewhat when HBK won the title...even though Booker should've won. That's about all I can think of out of the top of my head. Guest DJ Jeff Report post Posted November 19, 2002 I can think of quite a few: 1. Lesnar F-5ing the Big Show. 2. HBK winning the World Title. 3. HHH not retaining the World Title. 4. Jericho lasting long in the Elimination Chamber. 5. Steiner's arrival. 6. Victoria winning the Women's Title. 7. The fact that it was held in MSG. 8. The Elimination Chamber itself. Hell, it was the first time the Elimination Chamber was used.
