Guest FeArHaVoC Report post Posted November 19, 2002 From a Reader on 411Wrestling.com Heat/Dark Matches 1. Shelton Benjamin and R.C. Haas defeated Danny Doring and the Inferno Kid when Haas made Kid tap out. 2. Molly Holly defeated Jacqueline by pinfall with a rollup. 3. The Hurricane pinned Justin Credible with what looked to be a new finisher. 4. Johnnie Stamboli pinned D-Lo Brown in what has to be the upset of the night. 5. Raven defeated Aaron Stevens(?) with the Even Flow (Raven effect). After the match, Raven broke some of his opponents fingers. After the show ended: Booker talked RVD into doing the "R V D ROON EEE", it was realllly bad. Then Booker did one of his own, and left the ringside area after shaking everyone's hand on the way to the back, meanwhile, RVD was doing the same around the entire ring, then got both sides as he went up the ramp, and did some posing on the stage before ducking behind the curtain. Other notes: The building seemed to be nearly full. An empty seat here and there, nothing major. The employees stated that Triple H was not at the show, he was never seen once at the building. Scott Steiner, D-Von Dudley, RVD, Stacy and Trish, Danny Doring and Booker T. got the loudest reactions. Jericho and Victoria got the most heel heat. It was a good show live, there were a few dead spots during breaks, but for the most part they ran videos that hawked DVD's and whatnot. Real improvement over the last time I went to a Raw taping and it was totally black during breaks.

Guest D'Lo White Report post Posted November 19, 2002 5. Raven defeated Aaron Stevens(?) with the Even Flow (Raven effect). After the match, Raven broke some of his opponents fingers. I remember the first time I saw ECW, I was flicking through the channels late at night and saw Raven breaking Tommy Dreamer fingers. I was like what the hell is this. I was hooked from that point. Such good memories. Oh and good to see D'Lo can't even win on Heat now.
Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted November 19, 2002 Is the WWE giving Doring a tryout? God I hope not, unless they are planning on bringing in Roadkill.

ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2002 I'm not sure when he did the Vertebreaker....but I sure as hell haven't seen it on WWE. He did it on the Heat before No Mercy to Steven Richards. He also did it to AJ Styles (I believe) on a random episode of Jakked/Metal. Thanks for reminding me about that. And that was back when my Goddess was still at Hurricane's side as a super-heroine. ...how I miss those days. They also did a fun bit. It seemed Hurricane was weakened post match...Molly put the cape onto Hurricane, and he "regained his strength" I laughed a good while for that.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Report post Posted November 20, 2002 Hurricane win w/ The Vertebreaker, and a Johnny Stamboli win? I'm down w/ that.
Guest ryankeast Report post Posted November 20, 2002 Who's the Inferno KId???? Anyone got any info on him. Yeah Raven's breaking fingers again.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Report post Posted November 20, 2002 Scott Steiner, D-Von Dudley, RVD, Stacy and Trish, Danny Doring and Booker T. got the loudest reactions. Huh?
Guest subliminal_animal Report post Posted November 20, 2002 Who's Inferno Kid? Was he getting a tryout? I'm assuming Doring is, since he was on Smackdown too. I'm hoping to God they sign him. And to the guy who I think was at the show, do you have any idea why Doring got the pop that he did? And my fake relative got a huge reaction in a dark match! BOOYA! You're in-laws with the Danaconda? That is cool.
Guest BA_Baracus Report post Posted November 20, 2002 Wow... ...Molly actually won a match? Wacky...she was losing to every chick on the roster there for a while because...you know...her BUTT is big.
Guest subliminal_animal Report post Posted November 20, 2002 She actually beat Jacqueline last time they fought, too. And every chick on the roster isn't saying much, and even then it's only been Jackie and Trish. It does seem that way, though.
Guest tpww7 Report post Posted November 20, 2002 Well.. I didn't really hear Doring get that great of a reaction at all. He got a decent pop for his entrance as he is a known name but Shelton was more over working the crowd as the heel.
Guest subliminal_animal Report post Posted November 20, 2002 Where was Raw anyway? I could only see Doring getting an "I know this guy" pop in old ECW bases. He was with them maybe about three years, but he was never anything more than a lower midcarder, and that was at his peak. And does Shelton still get his entrance video when he comes out? BTW, anyone notice Aaron Stevens was on the show last week, and a got a pretty lengthy match with Steven Richards? WWE trying him out too?
Guest tpww7 Report post Posted November 20, 2002 Bridgeport, CT. ECW was frequently around here holding shows in Danbury such as Living Dangerously 2000 I believe. Shelton did get his video.
