Apples and oranges. Heyman couldn't pay those guys because he was horrible on the financial side of the business. I doubt he withheld payment because he held grudges.

I think most of that 'grudge' thing ended up landing on Mike Awesome for going to WCW while ECW Champion or some such. Which is pretty silly considering 1) Mike did job the belt before he left and 2) if you aren't getting paid, you shouldn't owe your promoter appearences. Anyway, I don't see it myself, since Mike was injured for just about all of his WWE career anyway and really hasn't been missed since his departure.

I was kind of shocked when Raven was relegated to work Heat exclusively. I figured he was being punished for quitting as an announcer.

I actually heard that this was done because of a request from Raven himself. He wanted the big fish in a small pond type of thing, and knew he'd go nowhere on Raw is HHH. It kind of works, he is a big star in his personal playground.

Interesting. If this is true, I can see RAven's point. He would go nowhere on RAW. He can and is the star of Heat.

Wasn't their gimmick supposed to be that of a cadre of young athletes who were tired of being held down by the old guard? So they played shit disturber in order to make themselves known, specifically against the "established" stars.
