Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 Yeah i hope booker t vs. edge happens at the ppv otherwise what the hell was the point of the shampoo skits(other than to embaress a 5 time world champion.)
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 Which means that neither Booker nor Edge will be on.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 probaly, does anyone know who on the roster is in japan and who's still stateside?
Guest Mystery Eskimo Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 They'll probably lose their slot to a 20 min stephanie promo. They really need to start setting up a few more WM matches soon.
Guest Tony149 Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 There's two ways tonights show will go.... 1. Longer matches 2. Longer skits If you said #1. You better start hoping.
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 If you said #1 you are extremely naive.
Guest Mystery Eskimo Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 We could run a sweepstake on this. I would guess 25 mins of actual wrestling, which I think is generous.
Guest Some Guy Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 Hopefully Steph went to Japan and Heyman or someone with an idea as to how to set up an actual wrestling angle to lead to a wrestling match will write tonights show. But I'm praying for #1, and I'll probaly get neither.
Guest Tony149 Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 I think Shane was the only McMahon that went to Japan.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 We could run a sweepstake on this. I would guess 25 mins of actual wrestling, which I think is generous. I'll take 20 minutes
Guest Dr. Wrestlingphysics Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 We could run a sweepstake on this. I would guess 25 mins of actual wrestling, which I think is generous Does that include recaps!?
Guest Some Guy Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 "I think Shane was the only McMahon that went to Japan." I had read that but I keep hoping that they all went. I'm still hoping that we might get a little bit more wrestling tonight. BTW, does it strike anybody as odd that they are running TV shows with very little wrestling and mostly bad sketches in order to make them buy a PPV that will be mostly wrestling? This seems strange to me. How are new fans supposed to be able to enjoy the PPV if they have never seen a real match? They would probably get confused.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 Hey if they all went to japan it justs means we'd get pre taped interviews instead of live interviews.
Guest CanadianChris Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 We could run a sweepstake on this. I would guess 25 mins of actual wrestling, which I think is generous Does that include recaps!? And if Kevin Nash has a match, does it include that too??
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 No it says actual wrestling dude.
Guest razazteca Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 I think Raw will have: 45 minutes of wrestling 10 minutes of music video 5 minutes of King yelling puppies 1 hour of nWo vs Austin
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 I think Raw will have: 20 Minute Stephanie interview 20 Minute HHH interview 20 Minute NWO interview 20 Minutes of Commercials 29 Minutes Backstage Segments 10 Minute NWO beatdown on Austin 1 Minute of Booker, Christian and/or Storm getting squashed
Guest Army Eye Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 Sounds like a sweet show. But it clearly says in the Raw preview that a NWO member will be wrestling, and you don't have that in your schedule
Guest benoitisamidget Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 Personally I think as long as the show is devoid of that cancer on wrestling, Chris Benoit, I think theres a slim chance for a good show but i doubt it.
Guest Tony149 Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 Kurt Angle vs. HHH in a Cage match. Announced by Vince McMahon.
Guest Army Eye Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 McMahon is acting kind of loony again. He should make up his mind one way or the other
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 This show has promise. I hope they don't screw it up.
Guest Tony149 Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 SCSA is curtin jerking. LOL. I find that funny.
Guest benoitisamidget Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 Personally fan appreciation night must mean no Chris Benoit so this show might be good. They should still fire him though
Guest Army Eye Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 Austin vs. Booker T.. Angle/HHH in a cage. I like it so far too. Wonder if Austin is in a working mood tonight..
Guest Ihatesmarksandmarks Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 vince has been drinking again.....wow austin in a opening match.....i have a feeling this raw will be halfway decent, it cant be any worse than last week.
Guest The Masked Yodeler Posted March 5, 2002 Report Posted March 5, 2002 Jr said the cage match wouldn't be for the weak of heart. Let's hope that's a good thing, and not a bad thing. Oooh. Austin v. Booker T. Let's hope this signifies a wrestling show.
