Ok this may not be the right forum but...oh well.

 

lately i've noticed alot of unregistered users, i'm geusing this is because they're having problems setting up an account so we the registered users should give them a hand and besides it's hard work for Bps21 to ignore all of thier posts.

 

I had the problem setting up the acount so I created a generic hotmail account, and tried again, and it wotked for me. Does anyone else know any soloutions? what are the problems your having?

I had no idea why I was showing unregistered sometimes.  I thought you always had to be signed in so I didn't realize the times it didn't have me sign in are the times it showed me unregistered until today.  I even posted the question in the "How do I " forum and I never got an answer.  I figured since it was asking me for my name and I was putting in my name, it knew who I was.

If you are having problems signing in go here: http://24.167.39.39:220/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi  instead of newforum.thesmarks.com.  Using that URL causes problems with cookies.  You should have no trouble with the direct connect URL.
