Guest ISportsFan Posted November 23, 2002 Report Posted November 23, 2002 I'm not sure if this warrants a topic by itself (since I posted the link in the thread about the Observer's info about future title reigns), but since not everybody will go into a possible spoiler thread, I'll post it here. I can't believe that WWE thinks that they can sell the on-demand PPV webcast of Survivor Series to people with this picture... Survivor Series Webcast shill on the main page of WWE.com Unbelieveable. Jason
Guest Slapnuts00 Posted November 23, 2002 Report Posted November 23, 2002 Especially when there are other, *ehem*, sources to watch it on demand for free...
Guest BoboBrazil Posted November 23, 2002 Report Posted November 23, 2002 $17.95 is ridiculous to charge for a webcast. I can't believe people would actually pay that.
Guest Ravenbomb Posted November 23, 2002 Report Posted November 23, 2002 oh, man, I am SO buying that!
Guest Eagan469 Posted November 23, 2002 Report Posted November 23, 2002 someone will get the address of the feed and post it the night of the PPV - always happens
Guest ISportsFan Posted November 23, 2002 Report Posted November 23, 2002 oh, man, I am SO buying that! After me! After me! Seriously, NOBODY likes the Big Show, and this just was wretched to see that WWE puts stock in guys like him to carry the company when guys like the "Smackdown Six" get best match honors without main event slots. And, along with Linda McMahon (in the conference call) listing Shawn Michaels, HHH, Steiner, and Lesnar as their current stars (3 from the sucky Raw brand, 1 from Smackdown, none of the legendary 6) and Edge and Test (yes, TEST!) as future stars, this company is in huge trouble. But, it's their money. Put Big Show on the posters if they don't want to sell anything. I don't care, as long as the good grapplers get to be somewhere where I can see their good matches on TV. Jason

Jason Hey, whats wrong with Edge being a future star? But I agree that it is utterly ridculous for WWE to actually believe that people are paying to see HHH (who stars in a show that is drawing shit), Scott Steiner (who will be injured in a month or two), Shawn Micheals (who is past his prime, can't work a full schedule and drew shit when he was the main draw for WWE), and Big Show (who doesn't get any reaction, sucks, and was jobbing to Jeff hardy two monthes ago). Right WWE. Who cares about those people who, you know, can actually wrestle and have that thing called overness.
Guest Ravenbomb Posted November 23, 2002 Report Posted November 23, 2002 ok, I found out that it's NOT a secret feed of the next live-action Adam Sandler movie, so I'll pass.

I guess I didn't explain that well enough. Jason
Guest netslob Posted November 23, 2002 Report Posted November 23, 2002 Seriously, NOBODY likes the Big Show, speak for yourself.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Seriously, NOBODY likes the Big Show, speak for yourself. This from a guy with Joe Don Baker in Final Justice in his sig . Anyway, Big Show coulda been over with, you know, some direction before his sudden rocket push to the title. As it stands now, a lot of people who see him luggin around the title can only think, "Wasn't he jobbing to the fruity Hardy just a couple months ago?" Of course, I personally think he's just a big fat slob whose glandular condition is the only reason he's making any money at all in wrestling, but that's just my opinion.
