Do You Get Carded?

They carded people trying to Buy Vice City. The guy at the register that I went to didnt card me though. Good thing cuz I didnt have my wallet.

I get carded all the time getting cigs except at the convient store where the same guy is always working back at home. I'm 19, but everyone always said I look like I was 12 so I grew a goatee. My friends say I look older now, but I still get carded 80%, which I guss isn't surprising in a college town

I always get carded when I buy cigarettes, except at the Indian reservation. Even though they have a big sign that says "WE CARD."

 

The place I buy beer at doesn't card me because I know the kid who works there. Even though I'm not 21, I have a fake ID. But at 7-11 or any store like that I don't buy beer there because they scan IDs there, and mine doesn't scan.

 

At the bars I go to, I get carded, but I have no problem because I look like im 21, just because of my goat. If I didn't have it, I'd look like a 12 year old because of my babyface.

 

I haven't been carded for a movie in a long time until I saw 8-Mile. I gave him a nasty look, and gave him my fake ID just to prove I am way about 17, because it says I'm 22. Which is good I had it, because the girl I went with didn't have her ID on her, so I had to prove I was 21 so she could get in.

I'm almost 30 and I get carded for everything. I have held on to my youthful appearence quit well I guess!

I'm 22 now and I only sometimes get carded for alcohol. When I was 15 I never got carded for buying R rated movie tickets or lottery tickets.

Damn straight. I went with the beard look at 16, and have been carded all of five times in the seven years since (once at Casino Rama, four times at the Zoo, once at some bar in Kitchener I forget the name of). Once, three years ago, I had my ID out to save time in line (again, at the Zoo) and THIS time, the bouncer says, and I quote "Put that shit away, old man. (sarcastically) You're good." This is after he cards two of my firends who were 25 at the time, and yet he calls me, at the age of 20, "old man". Burn. I briefly considered shaving after that, but not having to spend an extra two minutes in line at the liquor store AND having a ready-made hillbilly costume for every halloween was just too much to give up.

I get carded alot more often now that I'm clean shaven. At 21, I could pass for a 16 year old and get carded alot due to that face.

I get carded at the movie theater, but otherwise not really. I can't buy booze yet anyway, and I never buy cigarettes, even if someone asks me to. I'm not going to aid and abet their habit.

 

I don't get carded buying lottery tickets, and I've determined that I stopped being carded when I grew the Lincoln beard. I'm afraid to shave it, I'll look 15 or something.

LOL Kotz, I'm in the same boat as you. I have a "Lincoln beard". I never get carded at theaters, though. I have bought cigs for a couple people (hot girls... I couldn't say no) and I did get carded. I've never even attempted to buy alcohol.
