Guest Tony149 Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 The show's up. Thoughts? Comments?
Guest The Superstar Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Geez, I have to write a research paper and you reward me like this? I quit. Well, not really. But *cry*
Guest Tony149 Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 I wasn't too thrilled with the show due to some things going unplanned. SS, the finish to your match was a last minute change by me. I didn't think anybody could write a 3 Stages of Hell match quick enough to beat the deadline. If I said the match couldn't take place, some might see it as a cop out. So I did what the OaOast is know for: doing some whacked out shit.
Guest Sandman9000 Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Well, I could have. ::Boosts ego some more:: But the match would have completly sucked, with nothing creative at all in it. I may break my self-imposed ban on match writing, however. I've got an idea for a "Holiday Deathmatch." Hee hee hee.
Guest Anglesault Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 The only problem I have, and not really with the show. We had this big super six man match, but honestly, and this is not a shot at ANYONE, but we all knew who would win. Common sense stated that I wasn't losing my first PPV defense. If this match was later in the reign, it might have been more of a mystery. Great show, though.

The Main Event was LONG.
Guest Tony149 Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 AP understood the hidden message that could. The whole idea behind all the AP jokes was, when announcers say one thing, i.e., "this is it," the opposite ends up happening. So I tried to set a AP is really winning vibe. It probably didn't work since AP never wins the big one, but with three bookers in the match, it was far from predictable. And I jobbed to AS. I could of had somebody else take the fall, but I did. I put over the young talent, baby! And the OaOast version of "Jingle Bells." I might add a special Director's Cut some time, because a lot of stuff happened where I felt we weren't going to be able to have the PPV up on time. SM, I nearly PMed you to ask if you could write the X-Title match since it's your gimmick basically, but I decided against.
Guest Zack Malibu Posted November 25, 2002 Report Posted November 25, 2002 There is only one way to settle the X Title debacle: At the next PPV:Superstar vs. The FBI. Either that, or Superstar becomes an FBI informant in exchange for being allowed to wrestle. What the hell...it's about time we got Sopranos-style storylines going on here. Anyhow, great show. If I had known Tony, I would have done the 3 Stages of Hell for you.
Guest Tony149 Posted November 25, 2002 Report Posted November 25, 2002 Now I find out people would of been able to help. Ah. Starting next month I'm going to ask for back up writers just in case the ones who are supposed to write, can't.
Guest alfdogg Posted November 25, 2002 Report Posted November 25, 2002 No feedback on my matches??? Bastages.
