Guest BillyTheStud Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 I cant remember the last time Big Show was in a match even close to 10 minutes long. I seems like he gets winded by the time he enters the ring, its rediculous that such a fat unover piece of crap was made champion for no apparent reason.
Guest The Superstar Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 He's always the first one eliminated in 'elimination' matches (WM2000, SurvivorSeries 2001)
Guest HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Show/Flair vs. Austin...
Guest Youth N Asia Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 You see his last Raw match against Booker? The Falls Count Anywhere one. He looked like hell and was out of breath just a couple minutes into the match, it was an ugly scene. Glad to see WWE is sticking with the real short term planning
Guest Kinetic Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 That's because he's fat and out of shape. He's only a wrestler because he's tall, you know.
LaParkaYourCar Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Didn't his Vengeance match with Booker T go over 10 minutes?
Guest godthedog Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Show/Flair vs. Austin... a) show had a tag partner. b) i remember austin doing a lot of stalling.
Guest AndrewTS Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Show/Flair vs. Austin... a) show had a tag partner. b) i remember austin doing a lot of stalling. Plus most of the match was Show standing on the apron anyway. Sad...
Guest art_vandelay Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Is there anyone here that actually wants to see a 10 minute+ Big Show match?
Guest TheArchiteck Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Hey was Big Show in that movie.."Jingle all the way"? I was watching part of it (love christmas movies...) and it was a big ass santa. Beard on...but looked like Big Show...but only 100lbs lighter.
Guest Kojack Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 I remember that and Im sure thats him. Also he was a pizza deliverly guy on a sho called Shasta Mcnasty where he ate all the pizza
Guest Ram Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Hey was Big Show in that movie.."Jingle all the way"? Yeah, it was during his time in WCW as the Giant in 1995-96. A lot of potential he had, all pretty much wasted for thousands of quarter pound burgers.
LaParkaYourCar Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Hahahah Kojack it looks like Funaki and Rhyno are in love in your banner.
Guest Kojack Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Maybe they are. I like my banner cause it has my favourite wrestlers out there.
Guest Muzz Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Big Show was on Shasta, and he's an all right actor too. I might actually dig the guy in a non-wrestling role. Actually, he's basically in one now, and he's the champ.
ChrisMWaters Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 I think the 2000 Royal Rumble was the last time Big Show lasted 10 minutes in a match.
Guest phoenixrising Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Big Show was on Shasta, and he's an all right actor too. I might actually dig the guy in a non-wrestling role. Actually, he's basically in one now, and he's the champ. Big Show was pretty funny on Rock's first SNL appearance. The only time I liked Big Show was when he had the Showster character where he was imitating stuff like Conan the Barbarian (Shonan) and Rikishi (Showkishi). And he imitated Hulk Hogan on a PPV, I was laughing my ass off just reading the reviews. Big Show's a funny guy. Unfortunately in wrestling the big guys never have a funny or goofball gimmick for long. So that's why I cringe every time I hear Big Show try to pull off his "I'm 7 foot 2, 500 pounds..." promo, cause he sounds like someone trying to be what he is not.
Guest cpac Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 How about this, If show was on tough enough how long would he last. Al Snow would be like Paul 250 hill climbers, and Paul would pass out after 10. This guy is a disgrace to wrestling. Lose some weight you fatass. God the WWE is stupid. I really would love to see the big show on tough enough, he wouldn't make it past the first episode. But then again, JR and Vince LOVE HOSSES.
Guest bob_barron Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 That was great when on TE Big Show was bitching at the contestants during the physical challenge
Guest Choken One Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Can The Big Show Last a ten minute match? Depends. NO, he'll never go past 15 minutes in his current shape. Remember Andre struggled to last 5 minutes standing on the apron.
Guest The Notorious CRD Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 That was great when on TE Big Show was bitching at the contestants during the physical challenge Beat me to it. I got such a laugh out of that. He's there screaming at those kids and I doubt he could have made it thru half the course (if that) before blowing up.
Guest snowfan Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 That was great when on TE Big Show was bitching at the contestants during the physical challenge almost as choice as deMott criticisizing "selling"...
ChrisMWaters Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 Here's a fun thought... Let's put Big Show and Rikishi in an Iron Man Match. See who gets winded first. ^^
TheFranchise Posted November 24, 2002 Report Posted November 24, 2002 What was that ref? double countout?
Guest Brian Posted November 25, 2002 Report Posted November 25, 2002 Here's a fun thought... Let's put Big Show and Rikishi in an Iron Man Match. See who gets winded first. ^^ A two minute iron man match?
Guest ISportsFan Posted November 25, 2002 Report Posted November 25, 2002 Here's a fun thought... Let's put Big Show and Rikishi in an Iron Man Match. See who gets winded first. ^^ As long as they make it a house show, and I'm not in attendance, it's ok with me. You can give me a full report. I pretty sure the report will not be very long, and that's if you give a very detailed play-by-play... Jason
Guest TheArchiteck Posted November 25, 2002 Report Posted November 25, 2002 Hah...didn't realize the movie was so old. Thought it was a 98 flick.

It's like he JUST found out and the fact amazes him, and he's trying to impress people with it. Anyone with a functional pair of eyes can tell, because he looks every bit of it.
Guest AlwaysPissedOff Posted November 25, 2002 Report Posted November 25, 2002 Shockingly enough, Fat Show went almost 10 minutes with Rock at No Way Out 2000(the actual match time was like 9:40). But then again, Slow wasn't 800 pounds and could actually move somewhat back then...
