What are some good K-1 shows?

I was looking into getting into some K-1 and was wondering if anyone knew of any universally good shows produced by the kickboxing company.

while your at it can you explain the rules and why you like K-1. From what I have seen on ESPN2 it looks like HOSS~ boxing to me.

The Grand Prixs are probably the shows to get. They contain all of the elite fighters every year anyway.

I am a fan of combat sports and have seen some of the K-1 guys in a Pride environment. I am intrigued to see them in their own environment (stand up fighting). Plus from the stills I have seen, it looks like they market their stars and have excellent production for their shows.
