Frontiers Records has signed MYSTERELL, the new project brainchild of Torben L. formerly guitar player and singer of the Danish trio PANGEA... Z Records has inked a deal with LEIF JOHANSEN (PHENOMENA, 21 GUNS)... Norway's Metal Express has reported that ex-SKID ROW frontman Sebastian Bach is collaborating on new material with ex-GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan. When asked about the possibility of rejoining his former SKID ROW bandmates, he had the following comment: “No, not at the moment. They have nothing to offer me, really. If they were to come up with a good song, I would consider it. But not at the moment, no."

Thats true, plus ALL of Slash's ex-projects have exploded before they really took off, much like 'Slash's Snakepit' and numerous other projects he was rumoured to be working on with other artists.

 

What Slash has done to Axl that is so bad it prevents them re-joining is beyond me. You only live once, Mr. Rose, and there is MONEY to be made.

When i saw em live at leeds, Some chanted for Slash, and I think his response was 'you want slash? he's up MY FUCKIN ASS'. Great show though. I thought Axl was just a complete cunt and slash wouldn't want to rejoin?

Slash has always been open minded about returning to GNR. It has ALWAYS been Axl who steps in, proclaims his ownership of the name "Guns N' Roses" and refuses all communication with ex-band members.

 

In fact, i know Axl was at some show or something recently by which Slash was also set to attend. Axl ensured he had security refuse Slash entry, as he thought Slash was 'plotting against him'.

Trust me, it's all muscle. I've read shitloads of recent interviews with current GNR members, including the man himself, and he works out like CRAZY every day. I also hear that in live performances, he sprints around the stage, ala MTV Awards, constantly while singing, which wouldn't be easy to do.

 

It also depends which angle you catch Mr. Rose on, like the one in my signature, which was taken just a few weeks back, makes him look pretty good.
