ChrisMWaters Posted November 26, 2002 Report Posted November 26, 2002 What does Ron Simmons do now that D-Von's back on Raw with his "brother"?
Guest HartFan86 Posted November 26, 2002 Report Posted November 26, 2002 Drop the angle and never mention it again? I'm down with that. Oh, and probably have him job to a bunch of people on Velocity.
ChrisMWaters Posted November 26, 2002 Author Report Posted November 26, 2002 Drop the angle and never mention it again? I'm down with that. Eh, we've had too much of that over the tenure of the WWF/E. Personally, I'd like to see him built up to be credible for the WWE Title...since he was credible enough for the WCW Title once.
Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted November 26, 2002 Report Posted November 26, 2002 I'm sure that they'll reform the APA. If the MSG crowd approves of course.
Guest RepoMan Posted November 26, 2002 Report Posted November 26, 2002 Oh, and probably have him job to a bunch of people on Velocity. Alas, but half the cw division will job to him on Velocity
Guest Youth N Asia Posted November 26, 2002 Report Posted November 26, 2002 Probably work Velocity and house show matches till either Bradshaw comes back or his contract runs out...which ever is first.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 26, 2002 Report Posted November 26, 2002 Bradshaw to Smackdown when he gets healthy.. APA wins the tag belts.. blah blah blah.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted November 26, 2002 Report Posted November 26, 2002 Drop the angle and never mention it again? I'm down with that. Eh, we've had too much of that over the tenure of the WWF/E. Personally, I'd like to see him built up to be credible for the WWE Title...since he was credible enough for the WCW Title once. He was a horrible draw in 93 and he was healthy then.
Guest BaldFish Posted November 27, 2002 Report Posted November 27, 2002 Feud him with Albert on Velocity. Ally him with Funaki or Crash. Why not?
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted November 27, 2002 Report Posted November 27, 2002 Bradshaw to Smackdown when he gets healthy.. APA wins the tag belts.. blah blah blah. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guest El Satanico Posted November 27, 2002 Report Posted November 27, 2002 It's not like anyone is going to remember the feud. I doubt it's something people will be saying "You remember that Ron Simmons/DVon Dudley feud what ever happened to that" about.
Guest dreamer420 Posted November 27, 2002 Report Posted November 27, 2002 I think Simmons is having some knee troubles right now, so I wouldn't be surprised if his career was all ready over. No one wants an APA reunion.
Guest bob_barron Posted November 27, 2002 Report Posted November 27, 2002 Faarooq's reaction when Survivor Series: Damn. I've always liked Ron Simmons and I'm sure WWE will give him a road agent job if/when he retires
Guest Your Olympic Hero Posted November 27, 2002 Report Posted November 27, 2002 Bradshaw to Smackdown when he gets healthy.. APA wins the tag belts.. blah blah blah. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Los Guerreros get el squash con queso
Paul Stanley Posted November 27, 2002 Report Posted November 27, 2002 Drop the angle and never mention it again? I'm down with that. Eh, we've had too much of that over the tenure of the WWF/E. Personally, I'd like to see him built up to be credible for the WWE Title...since he was credible enough for the WCW Title once. He was a horrible draw in 93 and he was healthy then. He wasn't even champ in 93' His world title run in 92' was overshadowed though.
Guest Vern Gagne Posted November 27, 2002 Report Posted November 27, 2002 APA playing cards and not wrestling is harmless. But if they end up Squashing Los Guerreros than it would suck.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted November 27, 2002 Report Posted November 27, 2002 APA playing cards and not wrestling is harmless. I love it. They're so convincing as a couple of guys who would really do that. Always looks silly when they aren't actually smoking their cigars or drinking their beer though. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Paul Stanley Posted November 27, 2002 Report Posted November 27, 2002 Bradshaw does do that, all the time.. look at his flab.
Guest jester Posted November 27, 2002 Report Posted November 27, 2002 Did they ever actually justify D'von's appearance on Raw? Say he was traded or whatever? Not that it matters...
ChrisMWaters Posted November 27, 2002 Author Report Posted November 27, 2002 Did they ever actually justify D'von's appearance on Raw? Say he was traded or whatever? Not that it matters... Yeah...Monday they said he was the part of the trade for Big Show. Along with Ivory and a few others.
Guest saturnmark4life Posted November 28, 2002 Report Posted November 28, 2002 i agree he'll probably retire and be a road agent, cos he's a 'company man' n all. A bit off topic, but whilst i thought splitting the dudleys was infinitely retarded, D-Von's gimmick could have got over with a bit more subtlety and a lot more violence* ie Samuel L Jackson rants and kicking ass. I don't mean SHOOTING people, but you know, just a bit more psycho. * meaning 'physical intensity'
Guest SuperTonyJaymz Posted November 28, 2002 Report Posted November 28, 2002 I agree with that, the whole preaching helffie and brimstone before laying the guy out old course, D-on doesnt have the mic skills of Jackson
Guest Mole Posted November 28, 2002 Report Posted November 28, 2002 What does Ron Simmons do now that D-Von's back on Raw with his "brother"? Um, retire seeing how is one of the oldest men on the roster and HAS NEVER BEEN OVER, other then sucking with the man who BUTT fucks people.
Guest Trivia247 Posted November 28, 2002 Report Posted November 28, 2002 As Long as Bradshaw drops the Resurrection of the Blackjack crap and go back to the basic Black Acolyte garb.

He's been over, just not in WWF..but it's WWF, can you blame him?
Guest DJ Jeff Posted November 29, 2002 Report Posted November 29, 2002 Simmons will either retire, or just appear on Velocity and a few house shows every now and then. Oh, and maybe a one time appearance on Smackdown. I'm leaning towards him retiring and becoming a road agent.
Guest art_vandelay Posted December 1, 2002 Report Posted December 1, 2002 i agree he'll probably retire and be a road agent, cos he's a 'company man' n all. I don't mean SHOOTING people, but you know, just a bit more psycho. * meaning 'physical intensity' I was always hoping for a pedophelia angle myself. D'Von could've been getting closer and closer to Shannon Moore, getting friendly with him and... the rest writes itself.
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted December 1, 2002 Report Posted December 1, 2002 I was always hoping for a pedophelia angle myself. D'Von could've been getting closer and closer to Shannon Moore, getting friendly with him and... the rest writes itself. That would totally tank his career. They really did need a sketch of him being caught watching a strip show, though.
Guest saturnmark4life Posted December 1, 2002 Report Posted December 1, 2002 I think that whilst D-von sure as hell isn't a Jackson-caliber actor, he knows how to shout like a lunatic preacher. The 'getting busted being sinful' thing could be quite funny as well. But eventually they'd have to reunite the dudz cos neither of them was ever going to be truly 'bought' as a singles competitor.
