Guest ISportsFan Report post Posted November 27, 2002 From a poll on their website, the question is "Which new addition to the Raw roster will make the biggest impact?" or something like it. Anyway, you know they aren't tampering with the results because a hoss isn't in the lead. Here are the current results: Sean Morley 8.02 % Maven 3.68 % Dave Batista 18.63 % D-Von 6.58 % Randy Orton 9.11 % Hurricane 47.47 % Ivory 6.47 % Yes, folks, even when constantly jobbed out and thrown in midcard purgatory, Hurricane manages to get more support than the guys with mega-pushes (cough*Batista*cough). Guest creativename Report post Posted November 27, 2002 Those polls are gimmicked. The results are not at all trustworthy. Though I do think Hurricane is the most over of those choices, as a singles wrestler.
Guest Will Scarlet Report post Posted November 27, 2002 Nah. That will just mean they will job him to Dave Batista, just so the fans will get the hint of who the REAL star is.
Guest Respect The 'Taker Report post Posted November 27, 2002 The question of WWE Polls and their effectiveness was brought up in a recent addition of Ask 1Wrestling. The guys over @ 1Wrestling.com stated that the polls are not gimmicked, however they do not restrict one person from voting more than once, which means someone can easily run a script or something and have their pick voted for several times. Hurricane rules, wether WWE think so or not. Illusion - Superhero in the making
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted November 27, 2002 WWE? Take a hint? Those two things are total strangers to each other.

Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted November 27, 2002 From a poll on their website, the question is "Which new addition to the Raw roster will make the biggest impact?" or something like it. Wait a minute wait a minute. Are you sure that wasnt' the "who in God's name is in most desperate need of a gimmick change" poll?
Guest Spaceman Spiff Report post Posted November 27, 2002 Gimmicked or not, I concur w/ the results. Although, Helms would be better suited back on SD.
Guest humongous2002 Report post Posted November 27, 2002 Not for nothing but Batista does a better Goldberg(impression) than Goldberg himself.
TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted November 27, 2002 And Batista even loses sometimes, so he don't do that good a goldberg impression..
Guest humongous2002 Report post Posted November 27, 2002 And Batista even loses sometimes, so he don't do that good a goldberg impression.. Well that's how the writers would book Goldberg if he was in the WWE.
TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted November 27, 2002 Yep, but would goldberg go down to anyone?
Guest deadbeater Report post Posted November 28, 2002 Hurricane helped made the Dudleyz/Chrisses segments a lot funnier than it should have been. Talk about total package. Helms has the good looks, great tech (he was in the indy match of the 90's) and very good promo ability. Why shouldn't the other wrestlers listen from him? Guest MixxMaster Report post Posted November 28, 2002 ...Talk about total package. Helms has the good looks, great tech (he was in the indy match of the 90's) and very good promo ability. Why shouldn't the other wrestlers listen from him? he's also too small to be in the typical ME scene, and his gimmick is silly. It's impossible to take a little guy in a mask and cape as a threat...he'll be a midcarder 4 life, obviously...which sucks, as there isn't even any midcard belts on RAW to fight for... Guest deadbeater Report post Posted November 28, 2002 Then why do we razz on the so-called hosses because many lack skill, while the ones with deep tech are deemed 'too small'. Make up your minds.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted November 28, 2002 Vince is the one that deems them too small. Vince loves his big men not us.
