Richard, also the middle name of my father(Clayton Sr.) and grandfather (Frank).

FUNNY STORY:

In lieu of my birthday on March 17th, in the catholic mindset, I was supposed to be given Patrick Richard at birth. Bah!

James is my original middle name, I'm not really sure why except my dad and grandfather both had "Joseph" as their middle names and they wanted to change it or something.

Then I got my confirmation and my name was William, so eh.

Matthew James William...ugh.

James. It's my grandfather's name. Daniel James Gregory sounds pretty all right to me, so I've never desired to change it.

John. That's my dad's middle name, and I have to great-uncles named that, too (on each side of the family, although one of them is by marriage), but I don't know if there's any other real reason for it.

Anthony. I don't think there's a reason why. If there is, I have no idea what it is.

My Middle Name?

W

Seriously..My parents couldn't come up with a middle name for me, so I don't know how I ended up with W, but it doesn't stand for anything.

I've seriously thought about changing the W to Doubleu, although I don't think its worth all the time and effort.

Paul. It was my grandfather's name.

John Paul Gorman.

I hate it.

Dion.

Literal meaning, it's an abbreviation for Dionysus, a Greek God. I'm not certain, but I think my parents gave me the name because of an old musician (Dion DiMucci).

I've never been that big on it for some reason, but it's still better than my first name, which I pretty much refuse to be known by due to it's association with my father. I've considered legally dropping my first name or changing it, but don't feel like going through the hassle.

John.

That's my dad's name, so I assume that's why they used it. Never asked them.
