Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted November 30, 2002 Report Posted November 30, 2002 FAVORITE "REAL GHOSTBUSTERS" EPISODE: The People-Busters. Egon, Ray, and Peter all get sucked into the netherworld via a tornado of some sort, and they meet their ghost counter-parts. It was quite a good episode... LEAST FAVORITE "REAL GHOSTBUSTERS" EPISODE: Ghostbusters in space...agh... FAVORITE "EXTREME GHOSTBUSTERS" EPISODE: I got two for this one. One is the evil clown episode, because it's definitely a throwback to the cult-classic Killer Klowns From Outer Space (XGB was great at having episodes based on actual myths, Lovecraft/Poe stories, and old horror/sci-fi movies). The other is the 2-part premiere. If they were to ever make a movie of XGB, that 2-part premiere, stretched into 2 hours or so, would make one hell of a flick. LEAST FAVORITE "EXTREME GHOSTBUSTERS" EPISODE: "A Temporary Insanity." Janine takes a break because she feels underappreciated, and Lilith comes in. Lilith just happens to be a ghost in disguise, and...ugh. It's the only XGB episode I find a chore to watch.
Guest SP-1 Posted November 30, 2002 Report Posted November 30, 2002 I haven't watched either in a while, so I'll only list what sticks out that I liked from both. For RGB, the episode at the O.K. Corral sticks out for sure. And the Don't Open 'Til Doomsday ep. For EGB, I totally dug the second half of Back in the Saddle. I still have to go to Ghostbusters.net and watch the first half one of these days. I hate Realplayer quality . . .
