ECW Hardcore History DVD

Just picked this up from work recently, and finally got around to watching it.  I know there is at least one hidden segment, a blooper segment of a Shane Douglas promo gone awry.  Does anyone know how to access it?

Press Info on your remote

Highlight "Title"

Keep selecting titles (01, 02, 03, 04, etc.)

The last title # (I think it's 11 or 12) is the blooper.
