Okay, this is for the long-term, but come next may I will be departing Atlanta and moving somewhere to get my doctorate...hence ill be quite busy for awhile.

 

Because of this, id like for someone, im looking to the noobs for this, to start pairing up and writing small skits / giving ideas for organizing izhd, so that i can have a successor when i leave.

 

this also means ill be giving you a rub eventually too

Did you all hear that? The OaOast Executives are reaching retirement age. We're going to need new blood to help this thing run smooth, especially for IZ. Will Alf step up and get promoted, or will somebody new get promoted? Who wants it more? That's what we need to know.

And I don't really like the term "booker" any more. We're now a Production team. That's why I started using credits at the end of PPVs, so people wouldn't think they have no say in the OaOast. Which if you remember was a complaint Caboose & SS started.

Giving AP control of a show could be like Kevin Nash taking over as WCW booker. Although I would give him a chance if he wanted a shot at it. All somebody would do for IZ is basically put together the show. Here's the important things to know about formatting IZ:

 

1. Open up a IZ booking thread so people can call for matches and promos.

 

2. Find writers for the matches.

 

3. Have them send you the stuff.

 

4. Put the show together.

Let's see...SM appears to want a shot at this job. Maybe AS does but I couldn't pick up the vibe he was sending in his post.

I'm not sure where CWM fits in this, as he's taken a break. He would be my choice to replace BPP and lead the new production team of Zack, SM & AS (if he's serious). Alf or anybody for that matter could also get more involved if they want.
