Introduction to shoot-style wrestling

I am curious about shoot-style wrestling (UWF, Rings, etc.).  I haven't seen any and would like some recommendations for tapes or clips.

RINGS can be hard to enjoy.  If it's Volk Han, it's usually fantastic...other stuff...not so good.  In fact, downright horrible many of the times.

 

UWF version 2 is worth seeing.  From 5/88 to 8/89, nearly every event has something good or great.
