Guest Sykotic2002 Report post Posted December 5, 2002 I would have to say the SAT's (Jose and Joel). I heard that these guys were great highflyers and crap like that. When I saw these guys, I was disappointed. They are not wrestlers. They are just stuntman or something. All there matches are is choreagraphy luch libre crap. Most of the time they screw that up and just blow spots. Also overrated: Divine Storm Da Hit Squad Tony Mamaluke

Guest Last Warrior Report post Posted December 5, 2002 Donovan Morgan is the most overrates wrestler in the history of the world. I have heard that he is a great trainer and should stick to that instead of boring m in the ring.
Guest ShooterJay Report post Posted December 5, 2002 - C.M. Punk - Low Ki - A.J. Styles (slightly) BLASPHEMER! Anyway, I'd say: Xavier (I haven't seen anything impressive from him yet, altough the potential is there), Trent Acid (I love this guy to death, and I still think he's a future cruiser superstar, but something seems to be missing from his ringwork-Kashmere's the better worker) Mike Modest (He's lost a step it seems) Divine Storm (nothing special- a white SAT, how is it that all the guys Mikey trained ended up the same?) Donovan Morgan (outside of his SWANK~! finisher, he is pretty lethargic in the ring, don't see what the big deal is) David Young (I just think he sucks.) Guest thetrendsetter Report post Posted December 5, 2002 LOW KI!!!! not because he's bad... he's excellent... which makes it worse, because he's made out to be THE best worker in the world... Ron Killings is pretty overrated... He got mega ultra super uber giant star mic skills, but he's yet to work huge in the main events
Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted December 5, 2002 The spot monkeys: M Dogg 20 Red Joel Maximo Jose Maximo Quiet Storm Chris Divine Brian XL Slim J I also agree with AJ Styles and Donovan Morgan...ok Don, you work NOAH, we get it already. I also agree with Acid and Xavier. I like both guys but they're both overrated.
Guest Gathering Moss Report post Posted December 5, 2002 C.M. Punk just seems like an average worker to me. I saw him at the Nov. 9 show and just wasn't impressed. Donovan Morgan looks like he doesn't care when he's in the ring and his performance seems to suffer because of it.

Most of the time they screw that up and just blow spots. Tell me he didn't just say that! I disagree with your statements there. I find that some of their work is done a little too slowly and that takes away from their matches because it looks too choreographed. But for the most part they are two of the more exciting wrestlers for me to watch anyway.
Guest Phoenix Fury Legdrop Report post Posted December 5, 2002 Even though my board name would beg to differ, AJ Styles is really overrated. He used to be really awesome. Then he got too comfortable in the TNA X-Division style, and has apparently forgotten how to sell long-term (when I review the Sweet Science 16, I'll show an example of how he's degenerated in the past year or so). oh, and Trent Acid = Larry Zbyszko with cool spots and long hair. Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted December 6, 2002 Killings worked well with JJ, which leads me to beleive that he is a very carryable guy in a place where there is only one talented hevyweight. He actually improved in the second match they had over his performance in the first one. He'd be a perfect WWE midcarder, since he has mic skills, can get the crowd into what he's doing and would have good matches with the good workers. That being said...I don't think anyone rates him higher than that. So he's rated correctly in my book. As for Overated: The Maximos just keep getting worse and worse.
