“Coach Dennis Franchione telephoned me at approximately 3:20 p.m. today to inform me that he has accepted the head coaching position at Texas A&M University.

 

“I have formulated a short list of potential candidates. I feel strongly this hire needs to be an experienced head coach on the college level, and a person who will have a long-term commitment to the University and one who recognizes our potential to compete for championships and honors the tradition of the Crimson Tide.”

 

 

The bad thing is Coach "Fran" had everyone at UA thinking he was there for the long haul. The after he told Mal Moore he was leaving, he left to go to Texas and wasn't even man enough to tell the team himself. Fuckin coward! I hope Texas A&M never win a game.

Fran's a sorry, lying, coniving son of a bitch who deceived his fans AND players by not only saying he wanted to win a National Championship at Bama and he was there for the long run, but by telling his players to stick around when THEY could have left and then getting out when he had the chance and doing so without having the guts to tell the players face to face. The assistant coaches told the guys.

And another thing: I don't like to make excuses for the Auburn game. We lost. I'll get over it. But maybe, just maybe, Fran wasn't focused on it because he was trying to get his rat bastard ass out of Alabama. Watch the game. He hardly looks concerned at any point.

Dennis Franchione is a sorry ass, two-faced, lying scumbag and I hope Texas A&M gets creamed in every game next year and the year after that. The fucker can waste 2 minutes blabbing to a reporter that he needed to rest some before making a decision and I knew right then and there that he was going to run like the bitch he is.

 

What a fucking coward. He can't even be bothered to say it in person to the AD or even his own PLAYERS. I wish for Bama to sign a game with A&M either next year or the year after that so we can fucking destroy their asses.

 

BTW, I'm not pissed at Aggie fans, not at all. I'm pissed at that sack of shit for not being a stand-up guy and saying outright that he was leaving.
