Lets just wait till he wrestles with Albert and then we find out if Edge is a good worker.

Misterio was horrible against Albert too. Does that make him a bad worker?

yeah, i doubt that ANYBODY could get a good match out of albert.

edge doesn't necessarily need to be a great worker who carries lesser workers anyway, he just needs to be able to hold his own against the big boys (which he's doing fairly well right now). undertaker in 97 wasn't a good worker & couldn't "get" a good match out of anybody, but he was incredibly easy to work with and was a worker very capable of being carried. as a result, we got some of the best matches of 1997 from him.

Misterio didn't look horrible. Albert looked horrible and the match was booked by a retard.

It is possible to see how good someone is by putting them in their with absolute stiffs.

I finally decided Brock was good when he got a good match out of the Undertaker.

That was not a horrible match between Albert and Rey. I thought Albert and Rey brought out a pretty good story and sold for each other appropriate enough to get both men over as threats. Rey just made a mistake by moving away from striking and going for a takedown over a much larger opponent. I would like to know specifically know what Albert did wrong in that match that he 'looked horrible.'

Ahem, Mysterio didn't look horrible with Albert the only part that i didnt like was when Albert pinned Rey at the end and if anything it was only 2 or 3 minutes long, with that time any match looks horrible.

First and foremost he was winded during a three minute match.

Undertaker only had great matches with HBK in 1997, HBK could have a 5 star match with a broomstick or a corpse just watch the HBK/HHH match from Summerslam.

He also had good-great matches with Bret Hart and Steve Austin.

Granted that isn't saying much but he did have other great matches

Don't use the Flair broomstick analogy on that overrated prick HBK

Well, I didn't notice Albert being blown up in there, he seemed to be everywhere he was supposed to be.

Because he's Albert is about the dumbest thing ever. I mean that's like giving any Benoit match 5 stars because Benoit is in it. That doesn't make any sense.

And that's the last bit of Albert I'm doing in this thread, I'll keep the rest of my Albert comments in the spoiler thread about his win.

We all know any Big Show match will suck and It's the same thing with Albert.

So yes him being Albert is a valid reason.

Am I the only one who see's that Edge wasn't necsessarily responsible for the miss-selling of the leg? Don't you think Angle should have freakin' NOT PUT ON THE ANKLE LOCK until he was ready to win? It's not like Edge was selling all THAT badly, because he can't just tap whenever for the sake of psychology. They have a time limit to fill. Personally I think the psych would have worked if Angle hadn't slapped on the ankle-lock three or four times when Edge COULDN'T have tapped out. If he had saved it for one at the end, it wouldn't have devauled his move, either. As it stands it took four ankle locks to make a guy who's leg was supposedly really hurt and warn. Angle didn't do anybody any favours.

And he really should let Benoit do the Rolling Germans. They aren't a good spot for him, IMO.

I too had a problem with Edge last night but it wasn't so much his selling (though he did do some kicking with the bad leg I thought). It was simply the way he was used.

Let's review: Edge was attacked by Albert, thus setting up a <groan> PPV match most likely.

Edge then makes a superhero comeback and outlasts both Benoit and Eddie and goes down after about 30 2 counts and 3 anklelocks.

Something is wrong with this picture. Why the hell would you push Edge so hard when all he is doing is facing Albert in a nothing match on the PPV? And don't give me this "face must fight heel" bullshit, because Angle and Benoit should have been the last two last night. It would have been a perfect cap to their long running angle.

I completly agree. For the love of God, commit on pushing someone! And why is Edge facing *Albert*, Mr. Velocity, when he has been in the mix with Angle/Eddy/Benoit? I'm all for mixing things up, but if it is Edge vs. Albert on the PPV and Edge wins, it would do nothing for Albert or Edge and the match will suck ass.

Great minds think alike, i also hate it when Edge is use like the second coming of HHH, especially against more deserving wrestlers like Eddy,Kurt and Benoit.
