The server is just being a huge bitch or the server can't handle all the traffic the board gets.

And sometimes it freezes on me with like...20 people on the site.

The problem is that Rackshack (who hosts the server) suddenly realized we had more RAM than we should have, so they yanked it. The results of that have been the boards (and the site) going down occasionally due to traffic the decreased RAM can't handle as easily. We're working on getting it remedied.
