So who else around these here parts saw this show and found it to be pretty damn funny?

Well i can't really see how anyone couldn't find the show to be humorous at least. I mean the whole concept of Ozzy Osbourne being in a sitcom and doing normal every day things is humorous in of it self.

Ozzy sitting on a couch in shorts bitching about not understanding his new remote for his tele = COMEDY

Good Show and as long as they don't complicate things, could be one of those VERY rare watchable reality shows like TRW pre Season 5.

Good Topic.

This show seems so...weird.

It could either be great of fail horribly, its got that much of a swing.

One thing I know i cant stand is his friggin kids. The two times ive seen them on cribs i wished for some rouge missle to take em out.

Sharon's a funny bastard in interviews and on the stern show so she should be enetertaining.

Ozzy should be funny for all the wrong reasons.

I like how in the commercials he's talking in stage banter to his kids:

"I love you all"

now all he has to do is tell the family:

"LET ME SEE YOUR CIGARETTE LIGHTERS!!!"

you know ozzy has to be screwed up , he needs a teleprompter on stage to read the words for "paranoid" and "sweet leaf". He's only been singing him for 30 years and everybody in the crowd knows every word by heart.

All in All ill give it a two-week tryout to win me over.

I honestly hadn't laughed so much at a tv show in a long time. And it was over everyday trivial things...things that were not meant to be comedy.

Ozzy trying to figure out his remote and cursing at it...the kids bitching back and forth...Jack telling off the maid or whoever the other chick was.

Funny funny stuff...I will try and catch it as often as I can

Before seeing the show, I thought it would either be horrible or hilarious. It was hilarious.  You almost feel guilty for laughing at Ozzy because the guy is so out of it.  Now I have another weekly show to watch until the next season of Larry David.

Its funny because it wasn't suppose to be.  I think it was suppose to be like a series of True Life type show and It was just hilarious so they said it was a sitcom.  It is HILARIOUS.

And if you listen to Ozzy through some of his dilirous diatribes, he was giving some good fatherly advice sometimes. Then he would call them all fucking mad and have me laughing again.  Its a keeper in my eyes.

Ozzy looks dead late at night. I do like this show but all the bleeping gets redudant after a while. But i spit out my diet Coke when Jack told his teacher(i think its his teacher; he is homeschooled i read on mtv.com) to F*** off and get out of his room.

The doggies and kitties are cute, but I didn't really care much for the show.  Then again, I only saw the first episode.  The one funny part was the security guard and Ozzy watching his Tonight Show appearance.

I came on here today to create this very topic...heh.

I didn't catch the first couplr episodes when they first aired, but I caught them over the weekend.  Funny shit.

"I love you more than life itself, but you're all fucking mad!"

"You think maybe we have too many dogs?" (Ozzie sarcasm rules)

Best show on MTV, no doubt.  Not too difficult, though, considering the only other show on there worth watching is the Real World/Road Rules Battle of the Seasons.

I just saw this show for the first time today, and it is a guilty pleasure. I might try to catch some of the reruns whenever they come on so I can get to know who's who. The Christmas episode was pretty funny though.

I don't get to catch them all the time anymore...can't miss The Shield.

The more I see of the show the less I like...the son is getting to be an asshole, you can tell he's playing more for the cameras then he use to...the daughter's also a bitch on top of that.

I posted early in this thread loving the show...now it's nothing special.

Cept for Ozzy's moments of greatness...duder is funny.

Man, everyone's been raving about this damn show and I still haven't had a chance to see it. Mtv needs to give it the all day Weekend marathon so I can see what all the fuss is about.

There's alot of cussing and arguing, most of which is funny. At the dinner table, the daughter was saying something and I think her brother said. "go fuck yourself." She told him to take the stick out his ass, and their mother told her to watch her language or soemthing like that. The daughter then started complaining because she didn't see how her comment was worse than her brother's, and the mother started saying that telling someone to go fuck themselves isn't as bad as telling someone to take the dick out of their ass. They started arguing over what she said, and the daughter left the table and went upstairs. They continued discussing her after she left and she started yelling from upstairs. It's one of those things that you know you shouldn't laugh at, but you can't help it. Next week, there's supposed to be a mouse or rat in the house that they are trying to get rid of.

That was the Adult Swim music from Cartoon Network. I remember it because I was in the bathroom and I heard it in my roommate's room and was kind of surprised to hear it somewhere other than Cartoon Network.

Is a second season worth 20 million dollars?  Thats the asking price Sharon wants if MTV plans to continue the Real World rock star series.

Well with the ratings the show has got yes it's worth every penny of 20 million to MTV. The Osbournes have them by the balls and are doing the right thing and trying to make as much money off MTV that they can.

My 2 cents...

For the few times I've watched it I can't take my eyes away from the screen. It's like viewing a train wreck, and this is a good thing. The sight of Mrs. Osbourne rubbing one of her kids stuffed animals on her crotch is an image I'm probably never going to forget. (It happened during the episode where they were in a "War" with the neighbors over loud music).

BTW: Youth, what do you think of The Shield so far? IMO, CCH Pounder is stealing the show.

The idea of watching Ozzy Osbourne and his grotesque children living their lives interests me SOOO much that.......I have never even seen the show.

Well, someone had to say they didn't like it...

Their the mother f'n flippin Addams Family come to life.

Man Ozzy looks like an old woman. I thought he was like 60 or 70. Man he looks jacked up but I must say at least the man does give good fatherly advice. Like stay away from drugs etc etc.

An that Kid Jack I agree it does appear he is playing to the cameras more. I thought the kids were like 20 or so. It's Wednesday and Puglsey!!!
