Guest treble charged Report post Posted December 9, 2002 Ok, I'm running Internet Explorer (version whatever) with Windows XP, and whenever I see an image that I want to save, I can't save it in its original format. JPEG or GIF, I need to save it as a .bmp file and then convert it in PaintShopPro, or whatever. Is there anyway I can change this?
Guest razazteca Report post Posted December 9, 2002 get XnView to convert the files, its freeware that can convert almost every type of image file.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted December 9, 2002 uh..but I dont think thats the original problem. I remember having that problem with IE 5.5, but I haven't had it with IE 6 (The one that comes with XP)...I never did fix it, I just upgraded to XP which fixed it by default..
