Guest converge241 Posted December 10, 2002 Report Posted December 10, 2002 in this last run? *PSEUDO-SPOILER IF YOU HAVENT SEEN THE PREVIEW* it looks like something nasty is happening to Beecher i think Verne and Tobias should just have it out first episode only one survives. if they have it at the end it seems too cliche id like to have the finale just be a riot and a free for all ensues Devlin just has to annihliate everything (not just EM city as in the previous riot) Mcmanus is the fall guy and gets tried and sentenced to another prison. They blew a great Happy ending with Tobias' dream that he got released..that was a perfect opportunity to end it Why is the red haired "holy" kid still alive? its been a while since i saw last season (havent seen any repeats at all) but didnt chaz impale him on a cross? lastly wouldnt this have done better if HBO gave half the push it did for Sopranos, or Sex and the city or others?

I posted this in the trading forum and it got all of 5 views. but does anyone have season 2+ taped? If so I'd like to trade for them. I have only seen season 1 and one random episode...I guess it's a newer one, it's where the red headed guy got spiked with the cross and the burn guy got up at the end of the episode... I had no idea what was going on about anything, I just caught it cause it was a free preview weekend. I was suprised all those major characters survived this long...and that Kareem was alowed back after season 1.

I mean in real life if an "experimental" prison section like that exsited that long and had that kind of record behind it, it would be closed down or deemed a failure a lot sooner than it has. I think the Beecher torture scene is either going to be another dream OR he will get rescued. If I recall, he is telling something that he thinks something bad is going to happen that day, so maybe his allies will be on alert. I think Keller may sacrifice his life for Beecher in that episode. It is hard to make predictions for all the main characters because we don't know if the series is just gonna end with stories not solved, Oz getting closed, having us just assume life is still going on or what....so we will have to see how the season evolves.....Oh and don't forget....OZ SEASON 2 on DVD in January~!

Or something like that.

And despite the loss of the perfect happy ending, I loved the Beecher dream sequence. Watching it, and knowing that happy endings don't exist in Oz (not for the main characters, at least), I was just anticipating the swerve. When it came, I was like, 'fuck you Fontana' but I just had to laugh. And also, why are some of you basing your predictions about who's going to die on whether or not the actor has anything to fall back on? This is the final season, is it not?
