Firing Employees...

The hardest part of my job and many others is telling one of my employees that I have to fire them. A year Ago...the company had 45 people in my divison...now it's 27 because we can't afford to keep the guys. I fired a good friend of mine who is getting married in a month this morning and It's rotten how had it is to lay the news.

Well, there was guy in the meat department at the store I used to work at. He did the clean-ups, but I think he had been suspected of stealing long before management was sure of it. The night he was fired, there was a napkin over the time clock that said "****, don't clock in, you're fired". Best one I have.
