Guest The Superstar Posted December 13, 2002 Report Posted December 13, 2002 wh00! Nowinski makes his PPV debut, baybee! I actually get to see this match in person the day before
Guest nikowwf Posted December 13, 2002 Report Posted December 13, 2002 This match has the potential to be "memorable" in a bad way. These are two pretty green people to be working against each other in a PPV match. niko
Guest cynicalprofit Posted December 13, 2002 Report Posted December 13, 2002 Either RvD is hurt, and they arent mentioning it, or Vince & Co are total fools.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted December 13, 2002 Report Posted December 13, 2002 [sarcasm] Wow...I'd much rather see this then an RVD match, or a cruiserweight title defense [/sarcasm]
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted December 13, 2002 Report Posted December 13, 2002 Either RvD is hurt, and they arent mentioning it, or Vince & Co are total fools. Guess which one I pick? Seriously, I read a few House Show results from last Weekend, and they all said Nowinski Vs Maven were bad. Hopefully they had these two down in OVW all week training on thier match,
Guest BionicRedneck Posted December 13, 2002 Report Posted December 13, 2002 Well, Benoit/Eddie aside, this show is the fucking pits.
Guest notJames Posted December 13, 2002 Report Posted December 13, 2002 This has HEAT written all over it. Remember when we all thought the William Regal & Lance Storm vs. Goldust & The Hurricane was supposed to be on the Survivor Series card? Hmmm?
Guest AndrewTS Posted December 13, 2002 Report Posted December 13, 2002 No.... But yeah, this sounds like it belongs on Heat.
Guest dreamer420 Posted December 13, 2002 Report Posted December 13, 2002 Let's hope so. I haven't liked what I have seen from Nowinski and Maven so far. I'd prefer that Nowinski would face Tommy Dreamer so he can get a little PPV exposure and blowoff his feud with Nowinski properly.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted December 13, 2002 Report Posted December 13, 2002 I don't know guys, this could be good. Perhaps Nowinski will be motivated and pull off a good performance,. One can only hope so, considering his natrual heel charisma and improving mic skills.

JasonX Posted December 13, 2002 Report Posted December 13, 2002 according to WDC.COM... Maven VS Chris Nowinski has or will be added to CrApAgeddon this sunday... yet RVD... is at the world this sunday... 1. RVD being pulled from the PPV could be the WWE's way of punishing him without having to job him out 2. The WWE plans a bait and switch, perhaps having HHH win the belt in the first two falls only to lose the belt to RVD (who makes a suprise appearance at the PPV). RVD beats HHH in the ladder match and wins the belt and HHH avoids having to do a regular job to RVD.
Guest DeputyHawk Posted December 14, 2002 Report Posted December 14, 2002 2. Guest CanadianChick Posted December 14, 2002 Report Posted December 14, 2002 Well it could work, if Rob wasn't at NYC in the World.
Guest DeputyHawk Posted December 14, 2002 Report Posted December 14, 2002 which is what i just said. wishful thinking, is all.
ChrisMWaters Posted December 14, 2002 Report Posted December 14, 2002 Where is this event suppossed to be at anyway?
Guest the pinjockey Posted December 14, 2002 Report Posted December 14, 2002 How much longer is this TE III season? Figure maybe when it ends matches like this wont happen for 6 months or so. I like Nowinski but this is going to be sad.
Guest CanadianChick Posted December 14, 2002 Report Posted December 14, 2002 Where is this event suppossed to be at anyway? Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
Guest The Superstar Posted December 14, 2002 Report Posted December 14, 2002 FLA BABY~! Of course, they only come here once a year now anyway. ...not that I'd actually WANT to see this show live anyway.
Guest wwF1587 Posted December 14, 2002 Report Posted December 14, 2002 Where is this event suppossed to be at anyway? Ft. Lauderdale, Florida what did they do to deserve this?
Guest dreamer420 Posted December 14, 2002 Report Posted December 14, 2002 To host a PPV? What are you, an idiot?
Guest AndrewTS Posted December 14, 2002 Report Posted December 14, 2002 Nowinski's not got a bad heel character for someone so new, but he's green as all hell. He and Maven belong on Heat.
Guest wwF1587 Posted December 15, 2002 Report Posted December 15, 2002 To host a PPV? What are you, an idiot? cause this a pay per view to be proud of hosting...
Guest NoCalMike Posted December 15, 2002 Report Posted December 15, 2002 Isn't it just hilarious how much BULLSHIT, JR spews about how it "takes time to develop new stars" and how it is "a slow process" Well what in the fucking FUCK kind of progress is it to put RVD in the World, while giving two green apples like Maven/Nowinski a spot on the card when NO ONE gives a flying fuck about them!?!
Guest dreamer420 Posted December 15, 2002 Report Posted December 15, 2002 To host a PPV? What are you, an idiot? cause this a pay per view to be proud of hosting... I really hope you aren't watching it then.
Guest the pinjockey Posted December 15, 2002 Report Posted December 15, 2002 Well people may pay hundreds of dollars before a card is announced for a PPV so when you get stuck a clunker like this it isn't exactly a big thank you to the city of Ft. Lauderdale.
